9:00am on a Saturday with 1 human register open. Did self-checkout and the man had to come over four times to assist because the scale is so sensitive. Took way too long to complete a simple checkout.

Prices are high and customer service is not the best. For the most part, they do have what you are looking for though. Really wish there was a Market Basket in Framingham.

Good store, helpful staff, lots of parking. They're currently renovating, so things are improving. They seem to be increasing variety, adding new inventory. New refrigerators and freezers, eliminating many open-air units, so not only does it look more sleek, but may also be more eco-friendly.

The produce section is not what it used to be. I used to buy red habaneros and okra frequently and now I can’t find those. I’ve bought really nice Japanese eggplant but now I can’t get any.
I don’t know what happened, but you can’t get anything now on the produce section.

Get some new staff. Just because you’re not educated on how to do something doesn’t mean it can’t be done. Teach your workers how to properly use a cashier and handle customer requests. I’m asking for cash back it’s not rocket science.

So pleased with our first ever trip to this store in Massachusetts today! I feel like we saved a lot of money for the amount of items that I bought and decided to get a card since I will be traveling to the east coast often in a semi truck and would much rather give them my business than a Walmart that didn't even carry my creamer that I parked for & was disappointed not to find! ?But Stop & Shop had way more flavors than I've ever seen of it in stock!! Great customer service too!! Thank you thank you!#chobani ??

Store has been going downhill for a while and today it was so bad, dirty, empty shelves, long line with only one cashier, that I decided not to shop there again unless there is an emergency. Does this store even have a manager? Poor pay is to blame for lack of workers, and lack of enthusiasm from the few workers they even haves

Well stocked for Passover. Passover items are at the front of the store near the pharmacy rather than on a seasonal aisle as in past years. Small fridge with perishables like horseradish at the opposite end from the pharmacy.
