Have bought craves from them for years and never have a problem. I don't try before I leave as I usually buy many at a time. Yesterday I only bought two. One didn't work. Went today right after they opened with receipt and was told basically thanks for your free $20. Too bad. I split my business between them and a shop in Westboro, depending where I am. Guess westboro gets all my business now!!

I bought an elf bar clear 3% for 37 dollars which was waaaaay over priced when they’re 25 in NH & it doesn’t even work. I bought it lastnight and not even 24 hours later it’s dead . When I barely hit it. Definitely faulty battery .

Almost got scammed here. Came in looking for hookah tobacco completely unaware that it has been banned a year ago. The employee showed me some flavors they had I made sure to ask that it is in fact tobacco and has nicotine, got weird walk around responses. Anyway it was shady and dishonest at least they gave me a refund. What happened to just being honest about what you sell? I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Most amazing and awesome smoke shop ever! The owners and employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They're great with customers, even problem children like me. Their products are the highest quality with excellent prices. Their mall store is just as good.Honestly I cannot imagine why anyone would ever go anywhere else. They also have the BEST selection of cloves around. All in all if you don't try this shop you'll never know what you're missing.
