Usually when I go to a store,I like to be able to see someone on the salesfloor in case I need help.Unfortunately whenever I shop at Target there are no sales associates to be found.
Target has 2 self checkout areas,but only opens 1 of them for some strange reason,and they only have 2 cashiers ringing registers .These problems turn off customers/potential customers which is not good for Target as a company. Target makes themselves look more and more like Walmart everyday by not hiring anybody to work in the store

they sold the bag of candies for $20. Price tag says 9.99$ and when i came to return zone - employees there were absolutely rude. They said it’s a different item. How should I know? There is only price tag and it was right below the box I took a bag out of.. they didn’t do price match. Was talking to me like I’m trying to rob them. I only want to trust the place I shop from. When you get +10$ bump on your receipt from what you expected - it’s no fun. So disappointing. I couldn’t believe how rude they were. I think it’s the rudest behavior for the whole 9 years I’m in US.

The other day I was here and everything seemed fine. I went to Target to pick up a few things, one of which was a rotisserie chicken. This rotisserie chicken looked completely fine on the outside. Later when I got home, I cut open the rotisserie chicken and there were 3 worms inside. I would not get this ever again. STAY AWAY

I went to target today in Framingham looking for a blush and got excellent service. The lady who helped me, her name was Mari___ (I don’t remember her full name) but she was really great and helped me look for several blushes and gave me great recommendations based on what I was asking for. She was super nice and I really appreciated that she was so ready to help me and her other employees.

The store is always a mess and never has any cashiers to help check out. It's unfortunate because this store use to be great years ago.

If possible, consider shopping at another Target location. The manager at this store—at least on Saturday evenings, Liz, is ineffective and does not address the issues within the store. The store is disorganized, with items misplaced, overflowing garbage outside, and carts left scattered instead of being returned. It's clear that the employees are not properly trained in customer service, as they come across as rude and unprofessional.

I like the store itself and have no issues shopping here in person but calling the store is a nightmare. No one answers, you can't get connected to the department you're trying to get through to. When the phone call does finally connect to someone, they either hang up, or there's just background noise and no one actually talks.

The last time that I was there, it was as pleasant as usual. Better quality here, hence, you get what you pay for, if you opt for Walmart.

The staff here is a joke! They are rude, lazy and genuinely don’t care about what you need. I do most of my shopping online now because of this location. I’ve contacted corporate before and they make someone from the store contact me. I always get some pathetic e-mail from Elizabeth Taylor. She is the so called Service Engagement Team Lead; she provides no help whatsoever. Avoid this location at all costs!
