Vee is the primary manicurist on duty, and is a detailed perfectionist dedicated to customer satisfaction. My manicure and pedicure results are exceptional. Vee has a dedicated customer following due to her customer service and approach. The nail spa is very clean and inviting, and feels like home with the live plants which thrive in the shop.

Very kind lady but my gel polish chipped in 2 days. I went back to get them fixed and they chipped again 2 days later

Gifted my wife a gel and didn’t even last 3 days. First time that ever happens to her. She went back to explain and they were very rude. Honestly not a thing went well. I would go to another place in the area.

Trashy. First time walking in here today. Looks poor low quality sketchy. Theres a sign when you walk in that if your nails are not healthy to leave LOL. I went with my child for a nail day. The lady tells us, how can i help you?. I say hi, gel nails. She said i dont have time?! Twice! Lol. Umm its a NO! guys save your time and money.

If you're a black person don't go there because they're very racist, today I went to get my nails done they said they don't have time, they close at 7:00 I went for 2 hours they didn't see me.

Great quiet spot for me and my mom to get pedis and gel manis. I've moved recently and hadn't found a nail place that I wanted to return to until now! This is definitely my new go-to spot!

Gave my mother-in-law a 100 dollar gift certificate. She tried to use it 2 months past it’s expiration date and they were rude and rejected it on site in person. Small town business was horrible to locals. 20 other nail places in five mile radius ,, go use them.All they had to do was say sure and they would have gotten huge repeat business and now she’s told her friends in Framingham what a horrible place with horrible service.Services: Manicure

I have been going to Tokyo nails since they opened years ago. I love this establishment. Especially Vee, she does a great pedicure. The Tokyo pedicure includes paraffin wax on your feet and a hot stone massage on legs. It's so relaxing. If you have never tried this pedicure, you should!!

I have been coming to Tokyo Nails in Framingham for years. I took a break when Covid hit. Since I have returned and love my pedicure there. I get Vee to do my Tokyo pedicure. It’s awesome, it includes Parafin wax and Stone Massage. I highly recommend.Service: Pedicures

Have been going to Tokyo Nails for 11 years and seeing Vee for my pedicures and manicures, she is the BEST!! Very attention to detail, professional and funny. As good as any pedicure I've had in Boston on Newbury Street. Check out Vee!!
