We stopped at this Trader Joe’s while traveling through the area, and just like every other location we’ve visited, it was a great experience. The staff were kind and helpful, and the store was clean, organized, and well-stocked. Big thanks to the management and staff—your hard work is truly appreciated!

Great products n staff. Only 4 stars this time because they didn't have the Thai chili sauce in stock lol.
Updated since they have had the chili sauce in stock for a while! Super nice, helpful staff again today and yummy groceries!

It seems like Trader Joe's has not been as affected by the price inflation of recent years as other grocery stores. The staff is very friendly and are educated well beyond what you'd expect of people working in a grocery store.

Five Stars All Day! I had not visited for a while because I live in Natick and sold my office in Framingham so it's not as convenient. Needed 20 of the same plants for a family memorial and in desperation after days of no luck or sky-high prices elsewhere, I called Framingham Trader Joe's and found dear wonderful Vivian! She put 14 aside, left a note for another 6 from the next day's delivery! Went in to pick up and they were gorgeous and all packaged for easy transport! I did personal shopping there and everyone was so nice and the produce so amazing ~ what a change from Natick S&S! Oh, yes, I will be making the regular trek ~ convenient or not! Thank you, Vivian, and all the nice folks here. Customer service and good old fashioned kindness at work here...Management, take note, please!

This Trader Joe's is very well run. Of course, it has all the standard items that make it a Trader Joe's but it's a very clean and we'll organized store. They have a good crew of effective staff that help you answer any questions, find items and check out quickly. Stores vary based on management and this one has a very good team.
