This was my first time going to the salon and I'm not pleased. I was charged $315 to wash, blow out and straighten my hair. Yes, my hair is thick but that's a ridiculous price for the outcome of my hair.
The lady who did my hair was nice tho but I will not be returning to that salon.

After I left the salon I drove to a store. It wasn't open yet but while I was standing outside a woman asked me where I got my hair cut because it looked so beautiful! Thank you for a great cut!

I have never been disappointed with any haircut here. The staff listens carefully and gets the haircuts right every time. If you are a professional person who interacts with the public in person or by video, you can never go wrong getting a good haircut.
I highly recommend true salon!

Visited TrUe Salon today for the first time. I was very impressed and happy with the service I received from Phoung today. She took the time to evaluate my hair in order to decide on the right color
for me. She was extremely thorough in the application of color and took her time to make sure everything was just right. She made my first visit to this salon a very positive experience and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend the salon and Phoung in particular.

Andrea was friendly, kind and caring. She expertly colored my roots and cut & blow dried my hair well.
Patti too was friendly and offered me something to drink.
I saw Patti tidying up the salon as well.
When I expressed disappointment in the way Amanda had highlighted my hair twice, and she kindly offered a “redo” at my next appt. I very much appreciate that gesture and glad I decided to give the salon another try!

I love coming here. Every time I enjoy my experience. It's a very relaxing and enjoyable time. I'm loving this new location. It looks great inside. They always do my hair perfectly.

I have lost count of the number of stylists I have been to trying to get my dark brown hair the shade of red I have always wanted. It always turns out with no red or a fake red. I’m always disappointed. Then I came to Aida. She got the perfect color the first time. A stunning shade of red that looks so natural and just right on me. I get so many compliments on it. She also manages to keep it healthy and soft and silky despite being colored. She is amazing. I’ve never been so happy with my hair. Thank you, Aida!!

I went back to True Salon to have a haircut and I couldn't be happier with the result. Again, Amanda, who is an amazing and talented hairstylist did an incredible job I really appreciate True Salon's commitment to their clients. They always want to make sure that you are happy and getting exactly what you want!

Loved meeting Tanya for the first time. She knew exactly what my hair needed to get “my look” (masterfully created by Aida) back after I let the color go for too long. She also was very considerate to clearly explain in detail how she was going to achieve my desired dimension —which “embraces” my grey. She did a beautiful job, spending plenty of time on selecting super-fine sections for highlights and lowlights. She even explained to me how important it is to use clarifying shampoo in our area — to combat the build up of iron, etc. and prolong a coloring. I can’t wait to come back in a few months and have her freshen up my highlights and add even more contrast. (Oh! —and the little white dog at the front desk was a major bonus! He should be there all the time!) TrUe in Framingham has a wonderful atmosphere — EVEN under construction.

Rebecca is an excellent stylist, great haircut. Staff is welcoming and helpful. True Salon and color cafe is the best. Don't go anywhere else!!!
