Went to order a pizza walked in talked to a young lady told her I wanted whatever the square pizza. thats the style I wanted confirmed it with her 4 times. Then i go in to pick up my pizza and it was the round deep dish pizza not what I wanted. Come one your employees can't even place an order for the correct style of pizza after she confirmed with me 4 time. It's like your employees don't even know the menu. It's shameful I will not be going to this unos again.

The waitress's behavior was appalling; she overacted to every situation and was consistently rude in her interactions. What's worse, she was wearing a hoodie instead of adhering to any dress code, which further detracted from the professionalism of the establishment. It baffles me how someone with such poor behavior and attire was hired in the first place. Overall, I would strongly advise against dining here due to the incredibly disrespectful service. Im talking about dine -in area women not bar counter woman

Is this some kind of joke? I paid almost 24 dollars for "salmon " en they gave me this small is too big for this piece "tiny" salmon?? Poor place poor food please avoid this

UNO’s Framingham: haven’t been to this restaurant in a year so we decided to go as our last experience was good. We arrived around 8:30pm. Tables were cluttered with dishes and food remains. No one met us or seated us, so we found a table and sat near the bar. Three young waitresses, bartender and supposed manager were huddled at the other end of the bar chatting, laughing and carrying on. We waited 15 minutes with no service. No si much as a “Hi, we’ll be right there” (nothing). The restaurant wasn’t very busy maybe 3 other tables. I addressed my concern to the guy identified as a manager. He said that I was being unreasonable and that we had just sat down (not true). He was rude and abrupt. I think he was trying to empress the waitresses. We left disappointed at what used to be a decent place. Went to another establishment for late dinner. Customer service should come first over employee socialization.

We decided to try this pizza place because pizza is my favorite food. The waitresses are young and hung out together in the back room. Some eating and others on their phones. We got our pizza. Half pepperoni and half pepperoni and hamburger. After eating a couple of slices I noticed that their was paper/plastic stuck on the hamburger on one piece. We told waiter and she offered a free dessert. She had no idea what to do. Probably telling her manager would of been the appropriate thing to do and we shouldn't of had to pay for our pizza.

The server was not welcoming at all they brought hour food for me and my date I give it 5/10 for the quality of the food but the most important thing that really got my attention is I’m in the middle of conversation with my girlfriend and with out me asking for the check and she said have a great day and the picked up the food before we were even done so it’s a really bad service and I wish you guys fixed this problem

The store charges the customers a mandatory transaction fee for using a credit card. This is not acceptable to take advantage of the customer.

Our waiter was not friendly or attentive. However, the guy that brought our food out was great, and his demeanor was wonderful.

It's what you would expect but it was a great experience and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However one thing to be aware of is that they do have a 2.9% charge if you use a credit

Our server did a great job and was attentive. As an Uno's Insider we had a free appetizer and ordered the chicken bites which a tasty and large portion. We got the rib eye and rib eye with shrimp. The steaks were very good and portions were large enough for 2 meals. For an up charge, I got the Caesar salad which was very good.

We had lunch there, i had soup and Signatur salad, French onion, and chicken. Both were very good. The service was good.

This restaurant used to be a lot better, but it's gone seriously downhill. The food was decent, tough I've had better there in the past. It may have just been a one off thing, but it's no longer on my list of favorites, as there are better options out there.Our service here, however, was frustrating. It wasn't crowded, but the server took forever to get to us. I have no idea what they were doing when not waiting on their two tables, and I do know servers have side work and the like, but the slow pace was bordering neglectful. Waiting for her to be close enough to flag them down was frustrating at best. It wouldn't take much to be a little more attentive and not leave us sitting with untouched plates for so long while waiting on a box and our check. The person I was dining with had finally decided to get up and find someone when the server finally came by. While I can understand when a place is busy, it was slow, so there was no excuses to forget about us so long.

Early dinner. Deep dish pizza was great.Pricey and small But very filling.Side salad was fresh and big.Check the daily specials for deals. Servers all friendly. Very clean restaurant.
