The self serve package station is great; you can buy a box, seal and address your package, print the label, and leave your package behind a protected drop off wall slot thing. No talking or waiting in line necessary.

I just want to say thank you to Mr. Rich, a USPS employee who helped me last week with my package. He was so helpful explaining to me how to pack my 📦, how to fill out the forms, and to track it. I must say that I had bad experiences with Federal Government agencies back then, however Mr. Rich made me realize not all agencies have bad services. Thank you again, Mr. Rich and keep it up! We need more people like you! 🙌🏼🇺🇸📨📦📭💙

I can’t believe they still treat people on the basis of their race. I went here today and had really bad experience. One of the employees there, she has short ginger hair and she wears glasses. She was really rude and literally upset seeing us. She literally made faces seeing us.
SUCH A RACIST BEHAVIOUR.
Really don’t have any word for such racist people.

Federal laws prohibit USPS employees from stealing, embezzling, or otherwise unlawfully taking mail. These laws apply to all mail, including letters, postcards, packages, and bags. When I contacted the post office about not receiving my mail. The lady that checked for my mail informed me my mail was not on hold. I thanked her and shared I did not request a hold. Yet the mail delivery person that normally, delivers at Bancroft said “contact Supervisor Andrew he instructed not to deliver my mail.” When I contacted Andrew he reprimanded me for placing marketing materials in the “outgoing”mailbox that did not have my name listed anywhere but stated they it had current resident on it therefore he could legally hold my mail. My mailbox has my name listed on the inside of it and has been with held for about a week. I spoke with our family attorney and it was shared that my mail should not have been held by this individual without a formal request or unless I was in violation of law and there are clear protocols. If this should happen again a formal complaint will be filed in all parties involved will be included. I look forward to receiving all my mail from here on out properly!!!

I have been using this post office branch for over 50 years, they go over and above to solve your postal issue. All the employees are friendly and professional. Only issue is that the parking lot is small.

Sabash the supervisor is a jerk. His attitude towards customers sucks. Definitely not a pleasant experience. Had mail on hold only for it to be delivered. This office is a joke. No real sense of urgency regarding customers mail. Even writing a review won’t help.

I have to visit the post office frequently to send out packages for my online business, and this would have to be the last post office location i would visit. I usually dont have a problem, but the last time i went, there seemed to be a new worker, and he did not want to bother doing his job. I had several acceptance papers that need to be scanned for the tracking of my cust. Packages, and that seemed to be too big of a task for this worker, JUST SCANNING PAPER. i never had a problem with the female staff at this location, but please avoid this rude male employee, just kept coming up with excuses, acting like a child that thought he had better things to do than to just DO HIS JOB.

Today, August 9, 2024, I was at the Cochituate post office, and I was very poorly attended to by a lady with short ginger hair and glasses. I didn't know that I needed to make an appointment to get a passport. She yelled at me. I left there crying. If she's not having a good day, she doesn't need to yell at people. She's not prepared to work with people.

This message is for Holly who came by today and put my daughter's wallet in our mailbox after she found it down the street, it must of fell out of her bag and someone took it stole all her credit cards and bank info, she was our hero who found it and brought it back to us with a note since we wasn't home. She is the nice lady who always does our mail, she better get a raise after this and her boss better praise her. Thank you so much Holly you saved her because thank god they didn't take her ID.

They let the line build up non stop and dont staff enough people for when passports are being done. Happens every time I go. Workers even put up closed window signs as the line got bigger and just casually walked into the back while the line grew worse and worse

Stupid woman at the window kept telling me that the card I was mailing needed two stamps, I've never had to put two stamps on any birthday card I've mailed ever in my experience of more than 40 years, not too mention, she wouldn't let me stick my own stamp on and proceeded to stick it on upside down, I guess since she isn't American, she doesn't care, just wanted to sell me another stamp, she should let people stick their own stamps on, I've never put a stamp on upside down and now I'll look stupid...thanks a lot lady...won't be getting in your line again...too bad the post office doesn't have a machine that sold single stamps...
