I am consistently pleased and impressed with the work of VIP Tires and Service and have been a customer of theirs for about a decade. The Worcester Street, Framingham team are always professional, patient, and polite and I don’t think there is anything they can’t do or fix. The affordable pricing and high quality of work as well as clear communication about what was needed to be done to my car are what keep me coming back.

I had a bad experience at another tire place, (even though they were in my “town”, and their prices seemed “fair”), so I went to VIP. The employees are very thorough and honest. This is definitely my go-to place from now on!

Very impressed! The gentleman who was manning the desk this Sunday couldn’t have been more hospitable. Having brought in my wife’s car which had a nail in one of the tires, I had just been turned away by a bigger outfit.
I was told it shouldn’t take long. So I waited, the same gentleman who received me, took care of the car in about 10 mins, and then didn’t charge me as the repair was minor. I will be sure to come back to this place when next I need to replace tires.
