The manger made a money order much much more difficult than it had to be. I went in there with a money order and had never cashed one before. He proceeded to make me call customer service and I was on hold for 20 minutes before customer service told me I didn’t need to call them and them customer service yelled at the manager to “give him his money” I’m not sure what his intentions were but I will be going elsewhere from now on. I used to shop at Walgreens every day but I can’t go back without worrying about what that manager is going to do.

This is my regular Walgreen's. I remember when they first opened, they were open 24/7. The staff is good, overall. Somewhat pricey, but you can save if you use a Walgreens Reward card for your purchases.

I am myself a Walgreens employee in one of the stores in Marlborough MA and i am disgusted on how these employees don't check outdates! How could you just be "okay" on selling people expired candy/food when you know that can get someone really sick :(

Special shout out to the whole pharmacy staff this morning. I was prescribed an unusual dose for a new medication. Initially the pharmacist let me know they couldn’t give me the medication due to the high dosage without taking the starting doses. After speaking to my nurse, and then my nurse calling Walgreens everything was straightened out. However I cannot appreciate enough the staff’s care for my health even when my medical staff dismissed the pharmacists concerns and they’re friendly and empathetic demeanor during the whole process.

On a few occasions I've come here and there's some black dude with dreads or braids or something just sitting there on the counter at the cash register like literally sitting right there on the counter watching videos on his phone acting like it's an inconvenience to serve customers doesn't even ask you if you want a bag doesn't greet you or say goodbye Walgreens get some better help

I have been searching for my medication for a while now. It's hard to find unless it's ordered by the pharmacist. I normally use CVS, and I get my other prescription there. But when I ask them if this is in stock, they say no, we don't have it. CVS doesn't offer to order it, and they tell me if any other pharmacy's have it. Don't get me wrong, they're really nice, and the pharmacist is alone and works his butt off. So because of that, I called walgreens. They got the medication for me and even discounted it a couple hundred dollars with a discount card because I pay out of packet and it's around $1200. Again, it was my first time using this walgreens, and they went out of their way to secure it for me. The woman at the pharmacy counter was so nice. I was extremely happy with my experience there, and I will be going there again in a month for my refill.

I got confused to find pad for period since it's my first time went to Walgreens urgently at the time it's almost closed, and my first time in USA. I mistakenly purchased pad for bladder control instead for period. As I was waiting for my catch connect inside the store, I realized there's another section for period pad. So I went there, took the correct ones, and asked for return to the same sales person. She said I needed my AMERICAN ID to proceed, while I'm an international student who don't have one. Asked to manager, and he replied "ID IS NEEDED BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT PEOPLE EASILY RETURN STUFF". Then sales people said, "YOU CAN BRING YOUR FRIEND'S ID". I mean, why don't you just use your ID? You knew I'm the same person and I mistakenly bought different stuff. Not intentionally return because I didn't like it. No wonder this store had very low ratings, service is bad, no problem solving skills, no curiosity, no intentions to ease people in need.

Professional and kind. No issue filling my dog's prescription (unlike another that denied me). Reasonable wait time, and easy time registering her into the system. Technicians checked in on me often as I waited to be seen/registering her/waiting on her meds

My vaccine appointment went great. Kind, helpful, friendly pharmacist that helped me and another who administered the jab also friendly and kind (the other employees behind the counter were hustling to fill orders and wait on people). They were busy but handled everyone with care. The reviews made me nervous but it was pleasant, clean, well stocked and the patience they had, they deserve a raise. Busy, yes. Everyone remained professional, the gentleman that checked me out at the registers after I browsed and found some things was very kind, happy and efficient (helpful too, applied my Walgreens card cash I didn't know I had).Overall I'm very pleased I booked an appointment with them and will do it again!

Has most of what I need. The store is old but still is in good shape. The staff while gives the impression that they're board and don't want to be there can still be helpful
