I bought a classic American car for $33,000 and had it delivered to Iowa. Everything went great — the car arrived on time, in the condition I expected, and the manager was even able to hold it for me while I made my decision. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the guys did a really good job!

At Waverly Auto Sales, "you get what you pay for" does not always apply here. Competitive prices. Very good quality. Great customer service. AL is the friendliest guy who will answer any questions with honesty, even years down the road after purchasing. I got my '14 Cherokee from AL and I am blessed I did because I'll never find a deal like that anywhere else, SERIOUSLY. I can't stand dealers that lie to your face about the sticker price.. He doesn't. Trust is HUGE. Trucks and SUV's are expensive with all the bells. Al accomidates by pricing very competitively with all the nice features included for a great price. Trust me. Shop here last is an understatement with them. These guys do it and they'll keep doing it because they're the best. I've been to a lot of dealers before. It's hard to find good value w/ good priced now a days. See for yourself at Waverly Auto in Framingham.

My husband and I just bought a used car from Waverly that we love. However, it took 3 weeks from the point that our loan was approved to be able to drive the car off the lot. There were continual delays that we were told were "not their fault". We were also told that we would have several surface scratches removed off the car as part of the price we settled (several hundred dollars worth of work). We kept asking about this continually as we experienced delay after delay with no straight answer. We FINALLY have the car, but ZERO of the promised work was done. I would not work with Waverly Auto again.

I sued and won a case against this dealership! I would suggest avoiding this dealership at all costs. I bought a 2015 Cadillac Escalade for $68,000. from these guys, which is probably the most expensive car they have ever sold. I live in Florida so I bought it sight unseen and paid to have it delivered by enclosed carrier right to my house. Needless to say, it was not what they had told me and was in terrible condition. It had 1800 more miles than what they said, had a rear flat tire, none of the factory recalls had been done, there was only a 1/4 tank of gas, the car had not been cleaned with dried vomit under the back seat, two of the rims had such bad damage I had to replace them, there was a ton more things wrong, but too much to list. It's been in the shop 11 times in two months. When I called, them they refused to help me and only credited me the $1000. deposit I put on my credit card because I challenged the transaction with the bank. I filed a complaint with the State Attorney's office and will be filing a law suit to try a recoup the additional $6000. I had to spend to get everything fixed. They say that 1 out of 100 people write a review like this so for all the others here you go! It should also be noted that I looked at the other reviews and I recognize some of the names as workers at the dealership; so don't go off the other reviews.
