Used to be my favorite store when it was open 24 hours, and before another customer stole my wife's cell phone. But today, yes it's Thanksgiving, but I picked up prescriptions at the 24hr cvs a mile away, then stopped at this Walgreens to pick up one script for my child, and found a sign in the pharmacy drive-thru window directing me to a store in WORCESTER!!!! That's 30 miles away! Whoever decided to insult customers like that should be let go or assigned to sweeping parking lots, because customer service is obviously not their forte'. Anyway, the store was open, just no pharmacy. This store has been closing their pharmacy earlier and earlier anyway, and now I think it closes at 9, and store is open until 11 or midnight. Not convenient and not customer oriented, so now I will be moving our last few scripts of a family of 7 to the cvs down the street. They should just close this pharmacy if they can't compete or Walgreen's can't afford customer oriented service.

Been waiting to get in touch with just anyone on phone as I would like to talk to someone in western union because my credit was used fraudulently with a receipt which I have disputed, but according to this western union on worcester road they lied about calling me saying someone was using my credit card numbers (6) times in 11 hours to withdraw cash, my credit card was pin and password protected That did me no good with this western union when my card was used fraudulently!!!!

I have had prescriptions sent here five times. They are 0 for 5 in this pharmacy in managing to fill it accurately on the first try. This is the same story for my friend who between she and her daughter and dog get about ten meds a month. Not once have meds been filled accurately or when they were supposed to be. My last straw was getting a personal call from someone in the pharmacy that my child's SSRI (important!!) medication was ready after a two day delay. I thanked them. Came the next day, and the pharmacy person told me it had never been called in and that the doctor wouldn't give approval for it. So which is it Walgreens? The meds are ready for pick up or never were filled? We will never know because I've had it with your utter incompetence every time I tried to use your pharmacy.

Way understocked and way understaffed is the best definition of this Walgreens. I don't live close enough to be a regular, so I can't comment on much, since I've only been here once. The pharmacy looked organized, and had amazing hours though (7am-11pm!). The store is even more convenient with being open 24 hours. Out of the three Walgreens locations in Framingham, this is the oldest, the least modern, and the worst. Walgreens always seems to be cheaper than CVS and Rite Aid, and I noticed some great sales in their ad this week, and I was driving right by this store, so I said to myself "why not?". Huge amounts of clearance items, but not ONE of the sale items in stock. Including candy. The ENTIRE candy aisle was BARE. I had to get rainchecks on everything I wanted to purchase. Sort of inconvenient and held up the entire line. I had to wait about five minutes, but by the time my cashier (the ONLY one at the registers) was done writing out all of my rainchecks and ringing up all of my items, the checkout line was backed up to the Photo Counter at the other side of the store! Isn't there anyone else to call for backup! At least all of my rain checks were written clearly and precisely... and the cashier, Matt, was friendly. Until they understand what they need to order, and how many staff members to put on duty on any given night, I probably won't be coming back. It's not like they are the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area. Right up the street at the Temple Street intersection at Rt 9 is a 24 hour CVS, and while I haven't ever been there, I have the nerve to say it's 99.9999% better. Of all the Walgreens I've been to in the last few years, this location, unfortunately, has to strike out as one of the worst. Too bad. I wanted to like it. 2 stars

*ZERO STARS* Pharmacy absolutely terrible. Incredibly rude I normally get my prescription from cvs but they did not have mine in stock and I don't know what their problem was a simple question really set them off but I'll never go back to their rude, miserable, unhelpful pharmacy again. Do people at cvs get paid more or something. Management really needs to kick in. Especially whoever was working on Sunday and Monday. ALSO this is my first yelp review because of how much they pissed me off.

A glorified candy and makeup store, with poor customer service. They called saying prescriptions ready to pick up. I stopped in a few hours later and the prescriptions were NOT ready. I told the pharmacy clerk about the call, and instead of apologizing for wasting my time, she made the lame excuse that it was an automated call.

3 stars for the convenience store, -2 stars for the pharmacy. If all you are doing is picking up a few things at the store, go for it. If you're looking for a pharmacy, steer clear of this disaster. My doctor sent in a prescription, I went to pick it up and Walgreens says they have no record of it. Doctor's office is closed, so next day I call and they told me that not only did they send the prescription, this Walgreens sent back confirmation they received it. So I call back Walgreens to see if it's ready for pickup. The first person I spoke with said he had nothing in the computer for me, so I explained the situation and that I had been in the day before. He said he needed to find someone else to look into it as he wasn't sure what was going on. Put me on hold, and then this rude woman picks up. Had no idea that I had just spoken with someone and was put on hold. So I started to explain the situation to her, and she cuts me off and says "can I talk now?". She comes at me all on the defensive, expecting that I'm going to scream at her so she's yelling at me first. All I'm trying to do is give her the background story on my situation SO SHE CAN HELP ME. All I want is for my prescription to be filled so I can get the meds that I need. This place is a joke, so I've moved my business over to CVS. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague.

This is my to-go-to pharmacy. Staff is helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, so I have never had any issues with my prescriptions. Sometimes they are understaffed and are running late, so I prefer stopping by he next day to pick up my meds rather than waiting for the prescription to be filled in 20-40 minutes - this might not work for somebody who lives further away and/or needs their medication right away. I also sometimes call them for my refill and that saves the initial trip. They would also promptly call my PCP if the prescription expires and there are no more refills. Overall, I am pretty happy - it is close and convenient, there is a drive-through when you do not feel like getting out of the car, and I love Walgreens text services reminding me of the refills due/ready for pickup. Would not use anybody else,

Get rid of the woman Meghan, inappropriate, rude, and unprofessional. I do not care to hear about her photo opinion. Enough is enough, she is a j**** We will not be back to this Walgreens.

While I am always impressed with the pharmacy staff, the photo department leaves me less than satisfied. After picking up an order for a special going away party gift that a group of us were assembling for a good friend, we realized there were a TON of photos missing! It was too late (during the going away party) to go back and re-order. (And I had had to wait in line 15 minutes just to be told to "wait by the photo counter and someone will be there shortly." Another 5 minutes later... Asked again, and finally they beckoned someone who scurried over.) The following day, received a call from a very apologetic photo dept employee, who had found the remaining photos that they neglected to give to me at pick up. He made a bunch of empty promises to get the photos to me the following day and refund me the cost of the order in full (if possible) or at least a good portion of it. He promised to leave a note in case he was not in the store when I came in. Today, I went to pick up the order and the girl who helped me was useless and unapologetic. She offered a full refund - but they would destroy the photos, OR I could get refunded a whopping 15%. Wait, while I retire from my day job with that huge discount. This is not the first "run in" that I have had with their photo department. Twice burned, thrice shy. While I like the convenience of the location, its not convenient when you have to return multiple times for them to get things right. I'll be taking my biz elsewhere for future orders. Again, great pharmacy staff, but the front end of the store could use some serious customer service training.

The kindest young guys were working one night. There was an elderly woman asking a million questions and they were both so patient. One guy helped her with her stuff out to her car. I left fast because I wanted to get out of there before she started driving.

I really wish the would stop the practice of forcing the cashiers to ask me if I would like to buy the candy bar of the day with my completely unrelated purchase, this irks me to no end.......

The Walgreen's experience always reminds me of Walmart vs. Target with Walgreen's equivalent being CVS. Similar concepts, similar offerings but what a different experience being in each store. CVS does a far better job of providing a much better in store experience and customer service. Walgreen's Rt 9 location reminds me of a dollar discount store; things look sloppy, cheap and the help looks disinterested. Prices and pricing strategy are comparable to CVS so why cant they invest a little more to make the in-store experience far better. I always leave Walgreen's with a just-made-in-China feeling.

Stopped in to Walgreens to look for some cold medicine but found some great things for Easter. Walmart was completely picked through and messy. Here there aisles of things to pick from. Candy, trinkets, toys, games, and more. I'll be swinging by these stores during the holidays from now on. I also love nail polish and they a lot of colors in the "Sinful Color" brand. The make up aisle is also organized and clean making it easier to see and shop from.
