I have been there 2 times The first time was horrible experience With an angry lady.Today I went Catherine Higgins Was the woman I seen if there was 10 stars I'd give her 10 stars. She was so nice I am quite sure a different company will probably try to employ her And steal her from Comcast She should actually be the face of your hospitality department for the whole country

Had to argue with 4 different people about service tech canceling appointment. I had a downed wire from a storm and they argued that their wire was fine and the router just needed to be reset. (Wire was laying on the sidewalk in front of my house) customer service is a joke to them. If you enjoy listening to automated systems this is the perfect service for you. Otherwise go somewhere else. Save yourself the aggravation and never contact xfinity for service. I would give negative stars if possible. -customer of 7 years of agony

Called Xfinity since I signed up for their mobile service and everything went well. The lady on the phone told me that now I can go to any Xfinity Store and pickup a free sim card for my cell. So I went and the older lady in the counter was so confused about me being there to pick up a sim card after explaining everything to her. So i just decided to walk out the store. Horrible Experience so far with Xfinity Mobile and this store.

Came in to pickup two cable boxes and a wifi router. This place is extremely disorganized. Waited about 30mins and ended up just leaving because nobody would help me. It’s most frustrating because I was just picking up equipment which should take all of 2 seconds. Anyway.. terribly disorganized!!

Just a horror show!Super rude and ill-mannered staff. Prior to visiting this particular store, I had never encountered such horrible customer service in my lifetimeXfinity should not be hiring people who don't want to be in the service industry and take out their frustration on their customers.Tried one of their other locations, a much better experience.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER DOES NOT ALLOW FOR SPEAKING WITH A REP. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY BUT THEY DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO YOU. I MANAGE AN ACCOUNT FOR AN ELDERLY CUSTOMER AND NOW THEY HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING THROUGH BECAUSE THEY DONT USE THE INTERNET. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICE. ALL LINES ARE AUTOMATED AND JUST HANG UP ON YOU. I HATE THIS COMPANY. I JUST SAID THAT THE ACCNT OWNER CANNOT USE ONLINE SERVICES. THANKS FOR THE BRAINDEAD AUTORESPONSE THAT SOLVES NOTHING

No business stinks more than Xfinity cable. They care not about any customer support. Ridiculous! My phone is down and they are calling the phone that we don't have. Duh!

First and second time I went there the attendants were really nice. But at this time when I asked questions about my account was treated like I was nothing to them. I asked to speak with the manager and he was even worse. Never coming back to this place again.

Stay away from service . 3 hours to get through the last 6 minutes of a movie. NO MATTER WHAT I DID! Pulling the plug on this beyond horrible so called paid for service.
