do NOT go here at night because the guy who usually works in the day is so nice but me and my friend (we’re 14) went at like 10 pm and this guy ripped us off our total was $7.97 and we gave him $15 and he gave us $2 exactly.and when we went outside he went to grab my shoulder but thankfully we left so don’t go here at night!!!!

The man that was working at this location called my husband the N word REPEATEDLY in front of about 5 customers. Lost my business for good as well as everyone I’ve shared this experience with. The man should NOT be working with the public. The man is still employed there. DO BETTER

I would like to see more friendly people like the the person at the registers last night. We could use so much more kindness in this country

One of the employees Angelique screamed at my friend and I after I paid 10 dollars for gas, come to find out that the pump I was at didn’t even have the money in it. I didn’t want to go back in and get screamed at again so I left very frustrated. I LOST MY MONEY AND I DONT HAVE GAS.

This 7-11 is open 24/7 and is very conveniently located in Franklin center next to central pizza and Ferreras market (both great places). This location tends to be slightly cleaner aesthetically than other 7-11s I have been to. The only downside is there always seems to be a junkie nodding off while enjoying a cigarette outside next to the no loitering sign (if I had a nickel for every time I have encountered this I'd be rich). Or drunks from the local townnie dive bar making a late night tobacco run. Oh and don't forget the extremely rude and vulgar Dean college students who have no manners, have absolutely no concept of what a line is and often reek like a cypress hill concert. The plus side is last time I played the lottery at this location I won $400 off a $2 ticket if that means anything to any of you reading this. They also sell some hookah related items. Expensive yet convenient. You also can't beat the deals on soda and slushies. Most of the cashiers are professionale and on the ball but they do have a few very strange ones as the other reviewer stated. Nothing against them just some of them will make you feel very uncomfortable. Regardless it's 7-11 if you stop by this place after 11pm and do the know what to expect than well you either don't get out much or maybe you grew up in a small town where everything shuts down at 8pm.

A typical 7 -Eleven, except the prepared foods in the warmer looked fresh. I'm sure they weren't, they can't be, can they? But it looked fresh. Another odd thing; I've come to expect people working the counter at convenience stores late at night to be creepy, or dirty, or crazy, or unable to speak English, or all of the above. The young woman working the counter here the other night looked completely normal, and she acted perfectly nice. Weird. There's a 24 hour CVS about a mile east on 140, but they don't have as much in their grocery section, and no prepared foods at all.
