Great store always had what we need without having to go the the big home improvement stores. Its unfortunate that the gentleman who runs the paint department is terribly rude to customers, I've not only experienced it myself but witnessed it to happen other shoppers. Aside from paint I highly recommend this location

Great store. I worked with Mark on a gutter project and he was so so knowledgeable. He helped me load the bigger parts to my car as well. Great customer service Mark.

I am 72 years old and I have a drop foot I have trouble with my balance I went to aubuchon to make a purchase of chemicals for my water. Eva not only helped me find the chemicals she insisted on lifting them up and putting them in the carriage then she wheeled the carriage out to my car and she loaded them into my trunk. As an old man and a gentleman I really appreciated her helping me. first time in my life that a woman was lifting up the heavy objects for me. You have an awesome employee in her. Thank you Eva

I visited the store in Franklin. What a wonderful experience every single person working there said hello and asked if they could help me. One individual asked me what I wanted and then walked me around the store to help me find everything. Great customer service!

I expected the usual pleasant experience I receive at the paint department but this time was different. The “lady” behind the counter was new to me. The rude response i received to a question about buying a quart refill of Benjamin Moore stain was quite a shock. I bought the gallon required but will not be purchasing from this store again and I will pass on the unnecessary snarky attitude and overall lack of politeness that I experienced that day.

This is my favorite local hardware store. Todd in the paint department is especially awesome! He helped me paint match an old color perfectly and gave me great tips for figuring out a paint color for my son’s room.
