“So I had lost my license and only had a copy on my phone and needed to cash a check from the law office in the same building and I must say two employees at this branch went above and beyond to be super kind and accommodating and caring about my situation. Manisone Bounsavato was the woman that waited on me and she was awesome and asked if it was ok to Mr.Gary Donelan who actually went upstairs to the law firm to personally ask if they vouched that I had just received a check for refund and that it was me! Thank you Gary Donelan and miss Manisone for your unexpected kindness and help in this dire time of need! If I lived in the area I would open a bank account at this location just because they were so helpful and caring! God bless them both and thank you to both of you for going above and beyond for helping me out because it’s kind people like yourselves that make a difference in these trying times!
