Bay State Physical Therapy is a highly recommended business. The staff is professionally trained, educated, extremely helpful, kind, and dedicated, exceeding expectations. They go above and beyond, providing professional and accurate assessments. Treatments are helpful and resolve issues, with patients worked to their hardest capacity in a positive environment. Appointments are secured in a timely fashion, even when booked, and care is fantastic. Patients are very pleased with their care, heal in the best possible ways, and are able to continue being active.

I've been a frequent flyer to Bay State for several years. Coming to them with back issue initially and returning for other issues. My problems have been resolved, I continue to do exercises prescribed and have been able to continue being active.

Bay State in Franklin has been absolutely fantastic both times I’ve needed PT. Eric M. was a lifesaver when I needed vestibular therapy. Despite being completely booked up for a month, he managed to fit me in and resolved my issue symptoms in about 10 mins. I. Any recommend him enough!!!
