Empty Machines were locked. Could not put coins in. The one empty machine only did a spin cycle-didn’t wash clothes. No answer when I called business number. Save your money, go up the street to the competitor. Their machines took coins and worked.

Charged me 8.00 for 3.00 worth of snacks!! No one answers the phone says mailbox is full!! Can’t get in touch with the thieves who own this place !! Extremely frustrated!! Welcome back to Franklin!!!

I LOVE this laundry Mat! It's clean and once the machine didn't work for me and I wrote a note and in a couple of weeks I was giving a refund.

We like this laundry facility. It has super fast machines that hold different size loads. Some are a little pricey but makes for an easy time when you have a lot of laundry to do. The facility has always been clean every time we have been there.

This is as n ok place. Just a lot of dumb people that are rude and trash the place. Washers work good , dryers are not that good they are pretty old a don’t dry well.
