“this 5 star review goes out to Fahid for making us feel valued.. we recently rented an SUV for 2 days and when getting into and inspecting the potential rental vehicle, we noticed a very strong tobacco odor.. it was unbearable for us as non smokers and although he explained that the car had been in a repair shop for several weeks, he could tell we were just not happy with the strong odor and offered us another car.. we truly appreciated his consideration of our needs.. “Been contacting Todd in Parts for almost 2 months (December 16th 2025) about two replacement seat covers for a van. I understand Christmas and New Years have limited schedules, but then you ghost me for 5 weeks. Your company is only as good as the employees that you have represent it.

“We have always used Enterprise when renting car. This location did the type of service that we have come to expect. I reserved online. A few days before the pick-up day, I called and spoke to Chris and mentioned that I need a 7 seater vehicle. When we came to pick up the vehicle, it was an 8 seater minivan!!!

“It's a small place, usually with only 1 or 2 people working, so that can get backed up sometimes, but they're always nice and they try really hard to get you on your way quickly.”
