My wife bought a bike here and after some light use it ended up having a rare issue with the axle. Even though it was just out of warranty, he made sure it was covered since it was clearly a manufacturing issue. No issues since, so thanks!

Just picked up my son's new bike from Lou. It was a custom order and Lou knocked it out of the park. He got his first real bike (hydraulic brakes, front air fork, etc.) He sees it in a few days and he is gonna flip. Thank you Lou. We'll use you for service soon I am sure.

I took my daughter's bike to Lou to get her derailleur replaced and he took care of it the same day at a good price. I'd highly recommend using this service or buying a bike here.
