The wait time is always unreal. The drive through is never working properly, the wait time there is longer than running inside which defeats the purpose. I've actually never had a quick encounter at any of their banks.

I visited DCU today for an auto loan and had a great experience. Ambika was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything clear and easy to understand. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and genuinely caring.

Better than regular banks. Reimburses me all debit card fees at the end of the month. Great mortgage rate. Good service. I wouldn't bank anywhere else and I say that as a resident of Connecticut and the closest branch is in Massachusetts.

Been a member here for 10 years now. The Franklin branch has some insanely rude employees working there. The attitudes, and snarks are unacceptable. They continue to gossip with one another like you’re not even standing right in front of them. Every single time I come here to meet with a banker for member services, they will ignore your presence until you’re already annoyed and then ask “can I help you?”. Time to figure it out DCU! Absolutely pispor customer service!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. They will accept you for a car loan then deny you for a checking account then give you no reason why whether it’s thru mail, on the phone or in person. I received great help from the lady at the branch but she still couldn’t be able to help. Great customer service by the women in the in person location but all together as a bank this place is either absolutely horrible or there’s some type of fraud going o.

Walked-in with my son to get an auto loan. We waited for about 20 min. Got approved for the loan they gave him a check without issues and left easiest processes thank you DCU.

Opening an account was easy and they have better savings rates than my current bank. Staff was polite and professional. Seems like most of the negative reviews spawned during covid.

Went to their branch ATM in Franklin MA to withdraw money, screen said we cannot process your request at this time and returned my card. A day later the deducted from my account. I called DCU and they said they are aware there was a problem but there is nothing they can do. I had to call my bank and dispute it, which given how ignorantly I was treated by DCU, I’m sure that will go nowhere.

I just went in to do a shared banking transaction (just to DEPOSIT money). The branch manager was the person to help me, except she didn't help me at all because I have not yet updated my address on my license but I did change it with my original credit union. ANYONE who does shared banking knows this defeats the purpose of the program. They turned me away cause I haven't gone to the DMV? Irrelevant I'm far away from my original credit union after moving and went to a credit union that can access my account and get denied. When sending me away she told me to call my bank and update my address and I told her my address at the bank is updated!! I just moved here! Terrible listening skills terrible customer service and just didn't honor a program they provide for no good reason

The worst banking experience that I have had to endure. The quality of everyone - tellers, service reps, bank manager is terrible. The Franklin branch teller supervisor thinks of herself as reincarnation of Jesus. I have been a member for 15 years and my experiences are so bad that I barely step into the branch and that too only if I can't get anything done remotely. The management needs to do a full house cleaning at this branch to get this to a baseline which is considered normal
