Purchasing a vehicle is probably one of THE MOST frustrating experiences!! HOWEVER, the team at Franklin Ford has surpassed our expectations. They were kind, reasonable, funny and most importantly, patient. They went above and beyond to make this purchase feel right! Kudos to the team, especially Cole, George & Manny!!

Where even to begin. The incompetent “service” team couldn’t figure out how to change a headlight bulb, and then told me they had to take the engine apart to do it, and where going to charge me $75!! That’s more than double the cost of the bulb! And then they had the audacity to throw it in my face, that I was getting an oil change for $35. “We’re already losing our shirt on you!” That’s YOUR business plan, not mine!! So much for friendly service, and life long oil changes for $35!!! I’d rather pay full price than deal with the arrogance and incompetence of everyone in the building. If there were ZERO stars, I would click it.

I took a day out of work and brought my truck in for a recall in October 2024 and was told the parts were on backorder. I was told to call back in a few months. I called back in Dec and was again told to call back in a few months. Called again in the spring and was told to call back in a few months. Called in summer of 2025 and was told to call in Sept. It is almost Sept and I called one last time and was told the parts are on back order until 2026! Mind you i have been missing the part on my truck this entire time! I called Ford directly who told me that the part should have been in within a couple of months and that they are sending them out as ordered. They contacted the dealership themselves and were told that there were never any parts ordered for me! I made an appointment at another dealership as I no longer trust this one.
They have also failed to find a squeak in my husband's brand new truck that he ordered custom from them. He has brought it in several times and this has yet to be resolved.
Will not be back.

Don’t buy a vehicle there ! I had a friend recently buy a new vehicle and they wouldn’t sell them the vehicle at the agreed price in the finance office when they wanted to pay cash! They made them finance the vehicle for 30 days so they said they can make the finance money! That is against the law and unscrupulous! Stay away from them!

Great place! Started on the phone with Louis. Hard worker, kind and polite. Not super pushy. Then I worked with Sergey. Great guy! He put up with all my text and questions for a month. He even got me the rear and front floor mats, I wanted and helped me set up the Ford app. Bought the truck! Had a slight problem after purchase and Manager George went above and beyond. Got me a loaner car and fixed the problem at my conveneince. Great experience! Great team. Ask for Sergey!!!!

Update: they claim to have resolved the issue and never did, this is the worst dealership I have ever been to. ..Never get any warranty or recall work done, they don't want to do it!
Smashed my car into a snow pile was stuck and they needed employees to get it unstuck... sickening because that's a restored crown Vic from someones father that passed away...way to treat your customers!
They decided to drive my vehicle into a pile of snow in the back lot, told me it was going to take 3 hours to fix a simple issue that all their mechanics just happened to go on lunch, they did not put the plastics back on the vehicle but instead left them on the passenger floor. They did not even close the hood of my car!!! We will NEVER be returning to this dealership, and to think my wife wanted to look at buying a car from them, glad we didn't!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I called about getting my canister purge valve replaced because I had 2 shops pull up this code and there is a recall for that specific part and after putting all my information into the rep she says it's 250 just for a diagnostic that I would have to pay if infact it wasn't the canister purge valve, I'm sorry but if autozone and other local auto shops can do it for free I believe franklin ford can come down a bit on that price , absolutely ridiculous. The service rep had the worst attitude and was extremely rude. I would give her the benefit of the doubt about having a bad day but ive spoken with her in the past when I first got the recall notice and had a similar issue, she makes it seem like it's an inconvenience that I was calling. Thankfully Ispoke with an incredibly nice and professional man at imperial ford in mendon and canceled the appointment with franklin ford. Who by the way is 100 less for their diagnostic. It's disheartening because I was going to ask about a new mustang that I wanted to purchase, but imperial will be getting my money and respect 🙏

Looked for a new 2025 Explorer for my wife. Reached out to Ron at Franklin Ford. Selected a vehicle, took it for a test drive. George the sales manager gave us a generous trade offer. Purchased the vehicle. No pressure, no hassle. This is the 3rd vehicle (2nd in 2 months) that we have purchased through Ron at the dealership. Other family members have purchased from Ron as well. Consummate professional. He went over all the options from bumper to bumper on the vehicle. Answered all our questions about the new Explorer. Very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership and sales rep. Employee pricing was a decent discount as well. I realize that shopping for a vehicle can be a stressful experience. Not at this dealership. Completely satisfied with our purchase.
