Wonderful fabric store. I was looking for a specialized print. I found the perfect one. The employee was very helpful and nice. They also have upholstery fabric but I did not look at that section. I highly recommend giving them a consideration for sewing, quilting, and knitting needs.

Do not buy yarn there that needs to be wined. The older woman who works there has an issue working alone and completing the task. I bought 5 skeins there and she was working alone and said she would only wind 2 for me and I would have to come back to get the rest done even though there was no one else waiting to be helped in the store. I went back today again she was working alone and helping one customer and asked if I could leave them and come back. I said no and she said wait and I will do them when I finished with the customer. I was waiting at the front desk and after a few minutes she asked me to then go walk around the store. I ended up just leaving WTF…. Why could I not wait at the counter. She is just lazy.. if she would have done them the first time.. I will not be back there. Check out fabric basement in Natick. Yes gas is expensive but with the 2 trips to the mill I could have went to Natick. Buyer beware. Clearly they dont care about customer service since there is none………

This store is large inside an old mill with lots to offer. Tons of fabric, large selection of yarn, needlework supplies, buttons and much more. This is definitely a must-stop if you are a crafter. Classes and workshops offered too. The ladies are helpful and encouraging. Will definitely be back.

Smaller yarn selection than expected, but great fabric selection. Felt out of place being “younger” than other knitters and seamstresses in the store. Went for a Specific item and online it said it was available, but in store it was not available.

I went today with my son. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but my son found some great things for crafts he wanted to do as well. The cashier was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needed and I almost left without something, but she remembered and saved me a trip! I highly recommend.

I went with a friend over the weekend, they were ignoring me completely and kept asking her if she needed help. It was very uncomfortable! other then that they have a large supply that you can order but it was just a little expensive.
