Half the time I come here when it is supposed to be open, there is a sign on the door saying it is closed and what time they will be back. Post correct hours so people don't waste their time or pay to have someone else cover.

Door was a locked with a “be right back” sign. 30 mins later no one. Saw at least 10 people try to get in and leave. Back to shopping online

I went in just making conversation with a tall man wearing a baseball hat I believe his name was Mike and he was swearing at me for just asking him what he does for a living just out of curiosity and then he was swearing at me and saying I don't f****** know you and f*** you very rude man he dosnt deserve to be working there very poor customer service please give me the number to report this man he deserves to lose his job he was rude the entire time to me saying I was asking personal questions when I was just talking! Like a normal person! And he gave me a look of death I am thinking of suing and also his name is Mike very unprofessional man I would appreciate it if this man gets fired or is dealt with in a professional manner cuz he cannot talk to people like that are his customers they pay his check so I would appreciate if the manager Robert would get back to me so I don't have to take this another way like a lawsuit

Excellent store, convenient location off the highway, shelves are always stocked. Employees product knowledge is impressive; I enjoy my visits to this GNC

Went in with no knowledge, looking for a mass gainer. Robert immediately assisted me and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything I had to know (sort of was like science class haha) and he made his recommendations. I'm very happy he helped me out with my purchase!

The staff is very kind and did not push me into anything. I always ask a few questions when I go in to ensure I am using the products correctly. The store is clean and well stocked. I would recommend maybe adding an OPEN sigh because it is hard to tell if the store is open from the parking lot

I understand being Cautious because of COVID but you can’t go in the store here in Franklin? You have to yell to the extremely unhelpful salesman what you want. He won’t help explain what flavors or products they have. He acted like I knew the inventory of the store. What’s funny is I was just at the GNC in Boston and I could go inside last week? It’s always a mistake to go to a GNC. I’ll be glad when Vitamin Shoppe opens back up.
