Spent a whole summer there in 2007. having the best memories still and I think back to those times with pleasure.
The staff at that time was super and three months went by like nothing. Haven’t been there ever since so don’t know about today…
Rooms: Always nice and clean. Had a suite and loads of space
Safety: Nothing to complain about
Walkability: Was working at the EMC headquarters just a mile away.

Quick check in & out. Reasonable prices. Very clean rooms. Nice free breakfast. Quiet place.

I wish they have a zero start option.... I booked this hotel to spend 3 days with family and kids to enjoy MA and the indoor pool so kids would be able to have fun .. I drove from Canada for 8 hours .. arrived tired and just want to get into my room ... i expected to have front desk as a nice person smiling and welcoming .. he was just sooo rude and seems like he doesn't care about the hotel reputation .. anyhow .. I asked him about the pool time while I am checking in .. he said the pool is under renovation or something like that .. I was like WHAT !!! I have my kids and the pool is the main reason why I booked here , pics of pool and spa where published on all booking sites where they had it closed !!!!!! . He was so rude and said you I don't know what to tell you but this is what we have ... so I went to the room and called the booking tired party company and they were nice and understanding and in 2 hours after I talked to the rude Manager and being their waiting for the 3rd party to call him " since he said they have to call me ... lol and then I refund .. so horrible.. he didnt even try to call them ... i had to do all the work for Mr front desk manager .. they finally called back the Same person " he said he is the manager " and figure out the refund and the security deposit which I have never heard about before but they would charge a 30$ per night security deposit in case you did something wrong to the room ... anyhow .. I endup checking out late and trying to find another hotel last moment with my old parents and my 2 little kids. .. It was a nightmare experience .. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel not for the pool and misleading info during booking ... but just for the rude manager himself and the awful way he treats the hotel guests ..

Rooms cleaned & sheets changed 7 plus days or upon departure. Towels changed upon request. Breakfast same every day.

When we arrived we checked in and headed up to our room that was still being cleaned so we had to wait. Overall room seemed clean, someone's hair on the counter and between the towels and the shower drain wasn't training so you are standing in dirty water. Breakfast in the am was limited because of delivery issues which is understandable with everything going on. What is not understandable is why the girl that was cleaning and bringing out food while her long black hair was swinging all over, was wearing the same glove as she cleaned and handled the food AND stuffed the garbage down when it was getting full. I really hope that she changed that glove when she went into the back room, but she was out as soon as she went in, so I'm guessing not. We told the girl at the front desk about out breakfast experience and our shower not draining and she was very nice when she told us that this is not the first time she has heard that about other rooms, so she wrote it down. Overall, for 1 night stay it was manageable.

Sometimes customer service wins out over aesthetics. My family and I needed a night out of our house due to a water issue. This was not only conveniently located but hotwire had a great deal which made it a very economical option as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcome here.

Very disappointed that it is the middle of June, and still NO amenities . Sophia at the front desk is wonderful! Very kind and extremely helpful! Thank you Sophia for always makiny day better!! Yaaaayyyyy SOPHIA!
