Had a terrible experience switching from Comcast Mobile(not great coverage) to Verizon. We ported two phones over but had to do them at separate times due to the store not having one of the phones we wanted in stock (had to wait 2 extra weeks). The first phone had tons of issues as they screwed something up. My wife was left without her phone and I had to go back to the store to address the issue live. Then 2 weeks later we had issues with the second phone (Verizon blames comcast, BUT even after comcast did their part there were still issues.) The processes (even after comcast fixed their part) took me over 4 hrs both times. Even the manager Aneet was clearly frustrated with the people on the phone at Verizon support. After all of this they offered to give me a $220 credit on my account to make up for all my lost time. They said it was the most they could do. I said fine, BUT I was still going to reach out to corporate customer service to see if they would give me more to compensate for 8 HOURS of my time. I checked my bill the other day and had never received a credit. So i called the store last week and was told Aneet was out but that she would call me the next day. She never called so I had to call back again today. She then reached out to her DM (who had promised the $220 credit) and her DM would not call me directly and instead made Aneet call me back to tell me they changed their mind about giving me the credit since I was still contacting corporate. (So it's clear the $220 was only an offer If I didn't report the terrible experienced I received) The DM even went as far as to tell Aneet to tell me to take them to court ( I had never mentioned this). After seeing their 2.5 star rating and reading other reviews online here, it's clear I am not the only one who has been screwed by this franchisee and their people so at least I know I'm in good company. In all my time, I have never seen someone promise a credit for terrible experience to then change their mind because the complaint was still be addressed with corporate. Pretty shady Aneet, the unnamed DM and Russell Wireless.

Fabulous Service. Buying all new phones and upgrading service. I arrived 30 min prior to closing on the last day that Black Friday deals were offered. I was not expecting outrageous deals being offered, because internet queries to Verizon and other carriers were giving different and erratic results every time I checked. I think their servers were just overwhelmed I got different results from the same carrier if I checked in every 30 minutes. I figured I would just stop in the Verizon store for a quick visit , not expecting much. Boy , was I mistaken .... crazy deals... trade in on my phones that were double or triple what I had been quoted other places and on line. It being close to closing time I thought I would miss out on these newly discovered deals. Harneet stayed with me past closing and we got all the iPhones and tablets ordered . I returned a few days before Christmas on the agreed upon day and Harneet had everything all set for me. I can't emphasize enough how painless a process this was when compared to prior transactions I have had over the years at several other establishments. And to top it off Harneet is probably the most pleasant person I have had the pleasure of working with in any retail establishment, ever. Bottom line is I can strongly recommend the Russel Verizon Store in Franklin for your Verizon Wireless purchases. It's located between Stop and Shop and Chipotle . I believe it's the old Radio Shack location.

Worked with Isaac had an amazing experience with him. Got 2 new phones. He set them up for both of us. He was extremely patient with knowing that we were older. And overall just great service. Will be be telling all my friends and family to only be seeing him. Thanks Isaac for the amazing service

Had a fantastic experience with Isaac! He was helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Helped me find exactly what I wanted and was genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. Thoroughly explained my options and all charges, and offered suggestions for additional items without a pressured upsell. Far and away better customer service than the store in Bellingham! Looking forward to doing continued business here!

2nd time I've been to this location and the sales staff was useless. 1st time was to find out how much my father owed on his flip phone so we could buy it out to switch him over to my TMobil plan and they said they couldn't give that info. Today after my sister got him onto her plan we got him his first Iphone and needed a Zagg screen protector put on and she said she couldn't!!?! What can they do there besides NOT HELP LOYAL CUSTOMERS... I wouldn't mind seeing this location and the Milford location shut down and 2 new locations opened with a friendlier and more helpful staff!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience of my like Harneet was terrible. She set up our bill to over charge us by over 100$ a month we had to go to another verizon store to fix it. She sent back my wifes phone when it was supposed to be held then called us liars for 45 minutes she was rude and screwed us on the bill dont go there

Harneet was amazing! She deserves a raise! She was supposed to leave at 5pm and stayed with us until 6:15 to make sure our phones and account was working properly!

Not sure how this place has such good reviews (though it does seem like they are all stale). They identify themselves as a Verizon store, but this is misleading, and you don't learn that until you get your receipt. I just got off the phone with Verizon because the promotion I was told by them would kick in after 2 months (BOGO phones) never did. Further, when Verizon brought Harneet (the manager) on the phone - she denied that there was a promotion. It's all incredibly dishonest. Also beware that they will charge you a "VIP setup" fee whether you ask for it or not of $75 per line. None of this involved anything that you cannot easily do on your own - so by even walking into the store intent on purchasing from them, you have wasted your money. Furthermore, Chris, one of their sales reps, completely botched every aspect of our "VIP Setup" - our numbers didn't port to Verizon, he didn't sign us up for the plans that we asked for, and our phones were not set up correctly. Honestly, Verizon should think twice about having this place besmirch their name - and I've made sure to let the carrier know as much. Finally - NEVER buy accessories from them. They will throw them into your order as if they are free (screen protectors, charging blocks, etc) saying that they're free. They're not, and usually marked up by about 5x what you can find them for anywhere else (both brick and mortar stores and online). They likely wont respond to this, either. Their customer service after they swindle you out of your money is atrocious... Run, don't walk, out of this store.
