Absolutely first class service. They run a tight ship at this Safelite. Hot coffee while waiting available during wait on new windshield. All workers were extremely professional and fastest glass service experienced. One can tell they have great pride in the superior service they provide. Very happy and impressed, will recommend to anyone needing glass repair/replacement.

The absolute worst experience of my life. Pedro, the manager, is the worst manager ever. He has no concept of customer care or follow through. It has been over a month of calling, showing up for appt, the part not being in (no phone call to let me know). Showed up, HADNT EVEN ORDERED THE PART after two weeks. He absolutely blows at his job.

Tristan came out and had done an excellent job and even explained to me what was needed and what to do or not to do after the installation of the back window. Safelite should be proud to have such an excellent installer on their staff!!

The installation was ok, but the new glass is scratched on the inside! I dropped my vehicle at 8AM and the store closes at 5 on a Saturday. At 4:15 I had heard nothing, called the store and the phone is routed to an office somewhere else, the person on the phone couldn't tell me anything about my vehicles progress. I went to the store and on the way got a text saying they just started working on my vehicle at 4:40PM. I got there and they were like, it should be done tonight. I told them I had to have it, it got done at 5:40PM. I would never go back, I mean you can't even call the store. Poor scheduling and putting in a damaged new glass, what a joke.
