HORRIBLE!! I recently traveled across country and had ID Theft Came home changed all my accounts but forgot to change ins info so come payment time it d/n go thru and I get a notice I would be cancelled if I didn’t pay Called Agent and after GREAT DIFFICULTY got reinstated Now I thought she fixed it until I got a notice today that I WAS CANX! NO PRIOR EMAIL notification warning just canx! Immediately called Agent who says Arbella sent me a letter stating I needed to do something to get my auto-pay back on I back in APRIL Questions that made ME cancel them and go with USAA with no problem whatsoever!!!! 1. Why did they cancel me by EMAIL but MAIL me a letter of instructions??????? 2. WHY DIDNT MY AGENT CALL ME when this has been such an issue HORRIBLE

I don't think the new people know what they're doing since the old members retired. Especially Jane always puts things on hold and doesn't do anything in timely manner. I won't recommend this place.
