I went to midas looking for a quick and easy oil change. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and they told me to drop it off and they will call when it’s ready due to how busy they were. When I walked in, I told them everything they needed to know about my car and they tried to charge me over $100 for my oil change. Another person I know went to midas to get a new oil pan changed…$1200 for the installation of an oil pan that only costs $45? Absolutely not. They try to up charge their services, and cover it up with a coupon or two they have in their system. I do not recommend going here! Although, the staff were nice and respectful when I told them i’m taking my money somewhere else.

I showed up at 7:10am before they even were open with a flat tire in my trunk and my spare on. Rich Resende was Awesome!!! He found the leak which couldn’t be plugged unfortunately but then got on the phone and searched for a new tire that could be delivered the same day. I have a new tire on my car and it’s not even 2:00pm!!! I can’t say enough, it was absolutely a fantastic experience here at Midas.

MIDAS in Franklin is the best place I have ever had work done on my cars. I find them very honest, when they check your car they are not into getting every buck they can get out of you . They all work as a team.
A special thank you to the Manager Jason Snow and his Assistants Manager Simon Khoury. Anyone that has not given them a try MIDAS in Franklin do yourself a favor give them a try.
