The older phlebotomist draws the blood without putting glove on her right hand. She touched my wife’s pulse with that hand before drawing the blood without wearing glove. I don’t know how clean her hand was. Is it ok for someone handling blood to not wear gloves ?

This place is awesome. Super clean, everyone is happy to help you and will exceed your expectations when it comes to getting blood drawn! I have a fear of passing out afterwards and every nurse I have encountered has done their best to avoid that and they try to get to know you and make conversation so your experience is more pleasurable! Also, the wait is usually not very long. 10/10!!

Absolutely the least professional receptionist staff. Received a call that they lost my child’s blood sample. The woman opened with “is this xxx or her mother or whatever?” Who speaks that way in a medical setting? Then proceeds to tell me they lost the sample which was time sensitive and urgent with little to no apology. I will say the supervisor was much more professional and helpful but honestly, worst overall experience.

Went here for the first time to the one in Northbridge and while the waiting room was fairly packed but distanced and everyone wearing masks it moved quickly although it seemed at times like going backwards up hill in molasses. The admins checked you in quickly. The nurses did all the prep work and when the physician arrived it was assess & diagnosis & prescribed. In my case it was spot on as the throat infection required a 750mg “horse” pills. His instructions were pretty simple if after two days you don’t see an improvement head to ER. Don’t come here as we’ll send you there. Result; no need to visit ER. I seldom visit an urgent care but this experience was a very positive one.

Went to urgent care. Long wait, but the staff was fun helpful and professional. Recommend them.

The staff is great but the pre-registration process feels like a validation of an extra person's position. I was in the same building two floors up when my dr ordered blood work to be done. I came downstairs, the staff had my blood work order but I still had to pre-register - even though all my information and insurance was already in the system! Absolutely a waste of time!

Went to have blood drawn. The staff was very friendly but since I was the first there had to wait a half hour for blood to be drawn. My biggest concern is with the waiting room. Why would you let 8 people be side by side in a small area with COVID restrictions. Does not make sense in a medical facility.

Covid 19 Rapid TestTraveled from Worcester to be tested here. Great experience. 20 minute wait outside , go inside and be checked in, waited in car for 10 minutes then was called in to be tested. Results in 15 minutes.PA Buckley and his staff were extremely friendly and answered all questions I had. Would highly recommend !

Staff is wonderful! However, whoever thought of their “pre-registration “ process should be fired! I went to my doctor upstairs, who order labs for me, so I went downstairs to the lab, but I still needed to use their old school phone in the corner, be on hold for 5-10 minutes listening to elevator music, just to have a person confirm my name, DOB and address and say I’m all set! Why can’t the front desk people handle this? I’ve never seen such a practice at an office in my life! And to have every sick person who comes in touch these phones and breath into them, without them being cleaned in between, seems so unsanitary!

None of this was here before... Only beautiful land!... Talk about urban sprawl!
