My BMW X3 needed a new headlight nearing the end of November. The X3 was due for inspection and my wife was starting a new job on December first.
Doug and the AER team agreed to replace the light bulb and do a vehicle maintenance inspection on a Friday afternoon— we were new customers.
They replaced the bulb and created a prioritized list of needed repairs before 2 m. The list included pictures of the X3’s components requiring repairs.
The List was well laid out and Doug suggested that we do the work piecemeal as there was a bit of work to do. This was excellent advice and has allowed us to plan and spread out the repairs in December and January!

Having been beat up long enough at my Audi dealership, this was my first time at AER. From the first contact to the last everything went smoothly. Doug was my contact person and he was excellent throughout, always being patient with my many questions and explaining everything in detail about what my A4 needed. Also AER’s pricing seemed reasonable. Everything about AER was the opposite of the dealership and I’m definitely glad I found them, can’t recommend them enough. Mike

My experience with AER was great. I needed a maintenance check to see if there was an issue with my EX. Doug was awesome, polite and was able to get my EX looked at the same day. Everything came back that my car was running without an issue. Doug didnt try to sell any extra unnecessary maintenance. He mad my first experience feel like I was a friend and not just a customer. I will definitely be going back to AER for all my future maintenance needs.

Could not have been better. Pulled my 944Turbo out of long-term storage - needed fuel system work and timing belt/pulley/water pump replacement. Doug and the team at AER treated my vehicle with impeccable care. Earned my total confidence.
Second visit - Cayenne GTS this time. Wheel balance, alignment, and swap summer wheelset for winter. Smoothest running wheel set ever - zero vibration to ... MPH. :) Thank you Doug and team.

We have 2 Mercedes a 2019 G 550 and a 2023 S 580. AUR was the most convenient and pleasant experience I’ve ever had with car repair and maintenance. Doug specifically was an absolute pleasure to work with transparent, competent and responsive. 10/10 Highly recommend!

So happy I found AER. Needed a maintenance check on fpace. Doug was very polite. The turnaround was very quick. They fixed and repaired a few things that needed to be done.

I have been taking my car to AER for couple of years. Always a wonder experience and they communication is prompt, fantastic report on the car along with what needs attention as well as in the future! Recently I took my son’s car and they were very honest and repair something we were not even sure what was wrong! Hands down the best!
