Over charges for everything and super rude. Pretty much same experience as the other reviews, they don't want AAA to tow your car and they want it to over charge you. I have filed a complaint with the Transportation oversight division and anyone else with this same horrible experience should do the same, they are suppose to charge $35 for a 24 hour period not calendar days, but charged me for 2 days when my car was there for 12 hours.

My grandson's car broke down in the middle of Town of Franklin, Ma. It was on a busy street and they couldn't wait for AAA to come so naturally the Police officer had to call for a tow. Palumbo Towing was called. Palumbo towed it approximately two miles to his place of business. Palumbo was closed Sunday so we couldn't pick up the car. Monday morning she called Palumbo and was met with a hostile attitude. My daughter and her friend went to Palumbo's place of business to get the car and he charged Saturday, Sunday, Monday storage fees along with the towing charge. He also shouted obscenities at her when she questioned the fees. He advanced toward her in a threatening manner.My understanding is that Franklin puts towing out for bid. I strongly recommend that Franklin no longer accepts bids from this company, and I am sending this to the Franklin Town Council.

This company tips people off! Charges storage fees for days they are not open and called me a c*** when I complained horrid service and owner is not fair. wouldn't allow my son to toe his car to the side of the road on a Saturday night then told him he's could call Monday because they are closed to get the car ( we have AAA plus which would toe the car Fred as part of our membership) then charges storage fees for Sat, Sun and Monday. Total rip off and unfair business practices

Car key didnt work my lock was frozen, couldn't tow car or even try again same day with my auto start I wanted to drop to complete service. I got charged and got reciept like service was completed. I have AAA and they failed too didn't pick me up after waiting 2 1/2 hrs. Only needed a tow and needed a break. Still not towed. Feel taken advantage of I expect to pay something not what I pd.Service: Car towing

Had car towed here after an accident /They billed my insurance bogus fees- said 2ppl needed to tow it when it was drivable. Said they waited at accident scene 3plus hours- I drove to the accident scene 1.5 hours after & the car was NOT there. Had audacity to offer to fix the damage... probably so they could overcharge the insurance company! Skip using this place for towing & repairs!
