He is a professional, he came in with an excellent plan for positioning and pricing our home for sale. He was thorough and meticulous, paying attention to all the little details. He was proactive, suggesting things we could do to get the home ready for market and suggesting contractors to get the work done. This ranged from enamel-spraying the bathtub and getting light carpentry repairs done on the exterior, to some minor plumbing repairs and decluttering the interior and moving decades of possessions. He checked the building permits that had been pulled on the house and noticed one that had not been properly closed out by the town, we got that corrected early in the process before it became a problem. He arranged to have photography done that helped draw large numbers of viewers for the open houses. We actually moved before the open houses, and he was diligent in making sure he was there for whatever needed to be done, the appraisal, buyer's inspection, the walk through and all the town inspections that had to be done as the closing approached. He cared, and he was also willing to listen to our views and incorporate them in the plan. He was willing to roll up his sleeves and do what had to be done in our absence.
The plan worked, the house is now owned by a new family, we have moved out of state, and I would recommend Warren Reynolds highly if you are looking for a real estate professional to help you sell your home.”
