Exceptional customer service they make you feel like family and they go above and beyond for the customer. I highly recommend you do your baking here. They do not fee you to death like the terrible service at Bank of America..

This is a shout out to the East Central st branch in Franklin. The ladies here are fantastic. They know u by name. They are efficient and are always prepared to help w anything. They really know their job. Always helpful. The only downside is the r open on sundays.

Let me tell you something the women in this bank are without a doubt the most kind, and friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Danielle leah and Stacey honestly make going here to cash my check enjoyable. You'd be a fool to not go here instead of the one in the center of town.
