I dont get my hair cut often but when I do it's typically at Sage. Staff are friendly and kind. The facials are also really nice, and I appreciate their organization with scheduling appointments.

Heather at Sage is amazing! I’ve been for 2 facials now. She truly wants to help you reach your skincare goals while giving the relaxation and tranquility everyone deserves during a facial.
She is kind, gentle, and thorough. Excited to come back and get into a routine for perfect wedding day skin.
If you live in the Franklin, MA area and are looking for a salon/ spa this is one is my favorite.

I have been seeing Heather for facials for about 6 months now and I couldn’t recommend her more! She suggested a treatment plan to prepare my skin for my wedding later this year - from dermaplaning to different intensity chemical peels. Heather is also super knowledgeable about all the products she uses. 10/10!!

Heather was amazing—she did a “clean girl” facial that left my skin feeling so refreshed, clear, and glowing and also did my first-ever eyebrow lamination, wax, and tint, and I’m obsessed with the results. I was a little nervous since I’d never done anything like this before, but Heather was so informative and made me feel completely comfortable, which means a lot to me. 10/10 recommend!

Grace is the absolute best! No matter what style color cut you ask for, she delivers without a single flaw. Shes professional but engaging and clearly loves what she does! Her care for her craft shows in every single head of hair she works on. Sage is the best and I’m so grateful because this salon brought me Grace!

I always have an amazing experience at Sage Salon. From the moment I started going here, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The salon is clean, stylish, and has a great atmosphere. I see Grace and her work is incredible! She takes the time to insure you are comfortable and satisfied with your experience and always makes you feel beautiful! I always feel like a new person walking out after getting my hair done. The color always looks so vibrant and fresh, she’s AMAZING at styling and she always makes the experience relaxing. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Sage Salon to anyone looking for their next favorite salon!!

They charged me $80 for a half up ponytail and some loose curls that fell out almost immediately. They didn’t put a drop of dry shampoo or texture spray in my hair and ended up giving me a slick back that I didn’t want. I had to ASK for hairspray for gods sake. Not to mention that they messed up booking me and my friends appointments. I understand wanting to make money from the prom season, but 80$ for a hairstyle I had to redo myself is robbery

This review is for Lily at Sage who has been doing my eyelashes for several months now. Lily is warm and welcoming and a master of her craft. I enjoy coming in for a chat and to have her work her magic. Lily does such a great job I even referred my sister !

I came into Sage hopeful to become blonde like I have been wanting for over a year by scheduling a FULL FOIL appointment. I got the completely opposite experience I wished for and honestly deserve some sort of a refund. I walked in 10 minutes early as reccomended and my appointment was late, my hairdresser was extremely offputting and seemed as though she was completely rushing me, barely talked to me didnt engage in any conversation and was agressive brushing my hair from roots to ends. She was talking to her coworkers the whole time and treating me like I wasnt even a customer. Straight out of the wash my hair looks barely blonde and the toner was the only thing making it look decent. I followed all the wash procautions and used color safe products even their own toning spray included in my purchase. My hair looking the exact same as before and everyone I know agrees with me. Seems like she wanted me too come in again and just wanted take pictures of my hair for her instagram page to make herself look good just to waste more of my money getting blonder. Complete waste of 307 dollars apsolutely absurd.

I got a spray tan from Heather. She is great! She explained the service very clearly and walked me through the process. She also gave me tips to have the tan last longer. I would highly recommend Heather and Sage Salon!

Stacy is amazing! She always fits me in last minute and listens to what I ACTUALLY want all while making me feel comfortable. I always leave sage feeling BEAUTIFUL because of Stacy!
