Pam and her team are always friendly and welcoming. The salon is clean, comfortable and relaxing. I have always received 5 star service, from color to highlights to hair cut and style. I LOVE salon Elan! My hair stylist is Renee and she is just absolutely the best. She listens to what I want and does exactly that. All the stylists there really care about their clientele and always put them first. The products are amazing, I always leave with the most shiny, smooth, soft, and healthy hair I’ve ever had! Absolutely the worst. The owner is unprofessional and this place should close. Do not waste your money here. If it were possible to leave zero stars I would. I scheduled a color and my hair came out orange! I told the stylist that I wasn’t happy and she lectured me. I was then left with wet hair and the owner/manger allowed me to leave this way. No customer service! Do not waste your valuable dollars at this place.

Always love the results! So clean, relaxing, and the easiest experience. All you do is show up. Everything is so turnkey! They use pocket salon and make everything so so easy. Amazing ambiance. Highly recommend!!
