On December 12, 2024 was my first time there I got a full set acrylic done with gel polish three days after the gel polish started peeling off went back she fixed it. I decided to give it a try again after my two weeks for the refill which I went back December 29 of 2024 the nail tech amie did not give me the nail color that I wanted. I asked for gold nail polish and she was just acting like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She was applying the nail polish lightly so I don’t get the color that I want. I went back again for her to change the color because it was not what I was looking for and then she charged me another $10 because I needed to change the color that in the first place she was acting dumb acting like she doesn’t know how to apply the color. It’s almost like she didn’t want to give me the service but just say I don’t wanna service you. I don’t want you to come back to my nail salon simple as that. Yes, you let me try different colors but the way you was applying the colors. It was coming out different from what the color in the bottle was so therefore it feels like you was applying the polish lightly that way I don’t get the results that I want that is where the issue was if you had applied the nail polish with the right amount of polish on the brush, it would’ve came out the color, but you was not giving your best. You was just pretending because you had to do your job, but you didn’t do your job exactly I know exactly what you did!!!!

My favorite nail place!! It’s always clean, and staff are always very welcoming. My nails always look and feel great after a service! I’ve gotten both pedicures and manicures, and both services always leave me very satisfied. I highly recommend this place, and I always direct my friends here when they say they are looking to get their nails done.
