I'm happy to see the 1 star reviews because I had the worst experience at this salon and i feel validated. My experience happened awhile ago, but it shows how traumatic it was for how long I've remembered it.The young woman working on my nails was making fun of me in Vietnamese the entire time. Either she didn't realize I could understand her or she didn't care, but the things she said about me to her coworkers (all of whom, to their credit, looked embarrassed), were demeaning and hurtful. I'd never met her before, nor had much conversation with her at all beforehand.I want to put this experience behind me and want to warn others away because of it. ANY OTHER SALON IS A BETTER CHOICE! I wish I'd never gone to this one.

This is the best place to get your nails dipped or gelled. Your nails remain strong even when the polish is removed and the polish lasts a long time. My nails never break like in other salons. I have become a regular!

I took my 4 y/o granddaughter here today for a mani/pedi and my mom and I also got pedicures. They were awesome with my granddaughter and did a fantastic job all around! She even offered to take this pic because I was still having my pedi. Def recommend!Services: Gel manicures

Worst and most painful pedicure I’ve ever received in my life. I bled 3 times. Once from the cuticle trimmers, once from the nail file (I didn’t even know this was possible), and once from the callus scrubber. The scrubber, which is meant to be used on thickened, dead skin, was used on the side of my foot where the skin is thin and not needing to be removed. She tore off my skin and then I had to bring my bleeding foot to her attention. She acted as if she didn’t know it happened. She proceeded to place a steaming hot towel over the open wound and covered it with cuticle oil before I left. I went to CVS immediately afterwards to get antibiotic ointment and bandaids. The nail tech needs serious re-training and should not be allowed near a clients feet until then. I never leave bad reviews and try to give benefit of the doubt, but this was a nightmare.

13 yo Daughter’s first acrylic nails&dip. She asked for almond shape. These triangles just hurting my eyes. I asked if possible to file them somehow to fix sloppy shape and encountered such a defensive rude response that my personal taste is an old lady taste ( I m decades younger than them) and that’s the almond. No it isn’t. It’s ugly triangles, wide and pointy …I was wondering why they so slow on Saturday. Now I know, run out of new people experimenting this salon….Pedicure still would come again. But my dip manicure cracked on second day last time, so no more dip for me.Services: Acrylic nails

Unfortunately, I won’t be going back to Sassy Nails and I suggest you don’t either. I used to be a frequent client, but in the past few years a lot has changed. Yesterday, I went to get a gel manicure before Thanksgiving so they looked nice for the holiday. It started weirdly when I asked him which of the colors on the wall were gel and he said I could pick any… I’m pretty sure that’s not how gel works. When he wrapped them to remove the old gel, he went outside for a cigarette. Which as a previous smoker, he should’ve respected me as the client in front of him and waited until my service was over. When he returned, he smelled terrible and didn’t wash his hands before continuing to help me. His hands were also ice cold. I paid $40 for the service and tipped him $10 before I realized the terrible quality within my manicure. As you can see in the photos, I have holes in my top coat where it must have bubbled while curing and he didn’t bother to fix it. This is on every single nail. Obviously as the professional this is something he should know to look for and fix when it occurs. They’re also super uneven and bumby. The color itself is sparkly and the sparkles are extremely inconsistent leaving weird empty red tinted spots on my nails. I’m super disappointed and this was the last chance for me, I won’t return. I’m also not someone who usually writes bad reviews the first time, so just know I’ve given this place many bad experiences in a row before writing this.

I've been several times but today was really disappointing. I had acrylics on but my nails underneath were very long. I asked to remove the acrylics but keep my length and do an orange French tip (showed the picture). The nail person ripped my acrylics off with a nail tip which hurt pretty bad which I expressed. One of my nails even bled but he just put glue on it and kept going . Then cut all my nails to the quick (so they would be even) and did a very uneven and messy job painting. This was $55 because it was gel. I think it depends on who you get here but I am not likely to be back anytime soon.

I went in at 12:45 and didnt leave until 3:30. For an acrylic fill. The first guy who worked on me used his own nails as a “cuticle tool “on me and then wasnt able to paint my nails... and then a different lady comes over and doesnt know how to do french tips either so has to wait for a lady doing someone elses nails to come show her. That lady took 45 minutes to draw on shaky french tips and then goes in with a clear coat beforw anything was even close to dry. After smudgeing all the polish with that she then proceeded to make that same mistake nearly 10 times. So she wipes it off and another lady is sent over to me 15 min later. She did them so quick and left my nails so messy and ugly.then i was charged 45 dollars for something a 3 year old could of done better.Service: Acrylic nails

The only good thing about this salon is Jenny. The past two times that I’ve gone, I was asked to pick a color. Both times they did not have the color I chose, or, several others that I selected. The first time I had three different people work on my nails which took forever and the second time they were irritated at me because after they didn’t have the 5th color I chose, I asked them which colors they did have. Their prices are higher than any other salon around.Service: Dip powder

She asked how long I wanted my nails then proceeded to file them down to my skin. After applying the gel and drying she filed them again! Who does that? I've been having my nails done for 30 years. There were clumps, then on top of it she charged $42. $42 for a gel manicure? That is at least $10 more than every other place. Embarrassed about my nails and the price on top of that infuriates me. It has been 4 days and the gel.is already peeling off. My gel manicures usually last 4-5 weeks. I will never go back and am definitely sharing my opinion with others.

Went with a friend, we both got pedicures and I got a plain manicure (not even colored polish) and was charged $100. I wouldn't have minded the price if they actually gave a good pedicure, however, they spent about 15 minutes on each of us. I was looking for a relaxing pedicure and was never even offered the option to upgrade. Very very disappointed with the service and still unsure how much each service actually cost.
