Will never buy seafood from Shaw's Franklin. Bought a salmon steak on 8/30/25 and stored in a refrigerator over night. When the package was opened, bad smell gushed out. Thought about renting it to store, but don't have time. Never ever buy seafood from the store.

There are these clip quick electronic coupons. I went to the store today to purchase steak e coupons available. I don’t have or use the app my wife does. Not having the app I can’t access the coupons. So what to do? Check out individual and customer service only offered to load the app. Why couldn’t they scan the flyer. No can do. I lost out on the discount. It should be automatic like the way BJS does it. What happens when my 88 year old mother goes to the store she has no apps or internet what are you going to do for her?? Nothing. Please fix your system. I was overcharged $11.00 today
Foods expensive enough.
I don’t think this will be addressed TYVM

This Shaws is on the small side but it's right downtown and has the best and widest selection of produce in town.
