I have bought appliances and Mattress from Simons always been happy.I recently purchased a GE Refrigerator what a mistake I purchased only 2 months ago when I contacted Simons asked to talk to the owner about the refrigerator I figured it's a small business he would respond but instead he puts the salesman on the phone pass the buck . The salesman Jack gets on the phone I said they have been out here 3 times already to fix this and still not fixed he continued to argue with me about how many times they came out . I am here with the documentation . I have also brought my mother here to buy Mattresses here along with sending other people here. They just want to sell you things and once it's out the door it's your problem . It is also very loud can hear it over the tv in the next room GE told me everyone is complaining.

I've been having the craziest emotional roller coaster experience this past 7 months with Simon's. Initially it was pleasant, Robert, our salesman, showed us different couches and we had a good conversation and left satisfied. He let us know that the couches were all backordered we might be looking at 5-6 months from there and we understood. But it went downhill.He said will call and update us, we called him around 4 months in to check in if the couch is in production and he said it was and we might see it the end of May. We were excited and I thanked him even told him that he made my day. 5th month came, no update, we called him and emailed him. He replied and said the coach is still in production and they cut fabric, so hopefully it will be here by the end of that months.6th months came, still nothing and no update, we emailed him and he replied that the factory is short staffed because of the summer. But of course he has to give us that hope that the the coach may come right at the end of the 6th month. This is the 7th month, in fact , we're at the middle of the 7th month. We got a call, the couch will be here at the end of the 7th month. Right on the 31st of August.I am frustrated. The couch came and it looks great, the delivery was easy. I gave it a 3 star because though the communication wasn't great but at least the couch came perfectly.

As always i had a great experience with Simon's. The salesperson, Robert, was very helpful and the transaction was smooth. He called when he said he would (when the stove came in and then a delivery date) and the day of delivery went off without a hitch. The plumber that works with them (Franklin Plumbing) was also very efficient in disconnecting my old gas stove and coming back right after delivery and hooking up the new one. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new appliance or furniture.

Great service and great communication. New oven looks great. It's a huge upgrade over what we had before and great suggestion by store sales staff.

3 months... that's how long our couch lasted from Simons. Previous to that we bought an expensive Rowes couch from Simons that only lasted 3 years! Backs were killing us so we reluctantly replaced it with a Bassett couch. Thought we would get at least 3 more years! Didn't happen. Couch broke down in weeks. Armrest was down to the wood, cushions almost on the floor. Called Simons hoping they would do something but all they told us was to not use the armrests .... seriously??? And to put plywood under the cushions. Remember 3 months!!!There's a previous review from Don L stating that Donna Arpin would not assist us at all. Now we have a very comfortable couch and we will never go back to Simons again. Spent a lot of money at this store but have realized their furniture is overpriced and cheap. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for furniture...GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Top dollar for complete junk. We have spent a lot of money at this store. We had one very expensive couch lasted three years, purchased another and this one lasted three months. Contacted the store and they did not want to help us at all. The arms of the couch were down to wood!! JUNK we were told not to use the arms!!!Go elsewhere they will not help you......junk that's all they sell.UPDATE!We just returned from a quality furniture store after making a purchase of an extremely comfortable piece. We no longer have take the advice of Donna Arpin to put a piece of plywood under the cushions for comfort or do not use the arms because of wood coming to the surface. Keep in mind that this couch is only three months old, but it's gone now and we couldn't be happier! So take this serious and do not purchase furniture from Simons ( Jared's discount furniture)One star is too high of a rating.

Great family owned business. Jared Simon is on top of the furniture business. Highly recommend.
