I brought my daughter, first time at this location and we had Hope. She was absolutely AMAZING!!! She listened, explained and was simply phenomenal! Everyone was super friendly. Will definitely be back!

Annabelle was absolutely wonderful and she was going to spend time with me and talk to me about the style I wanted and gave me 7 days if I wanted to come back and get that style suggested that I try what I have now just to see that it make sure I don't hate it and I had a great experience thank you so much Annabelle and I will be back from now on Supercuts is where I will get my haircut in Franklin Mass at the Franklin village drive store
