This is a great gift store, just love it. Every time I visit this store I find something I want to buy! Different ideas, beautiful gift ideas! I have been coming to this store for years. It is the best shop anywhere around here.

I regularly shop in Terrazza Franklin, Ma during Christmas season and for other events when I need a gift. Their return policy isn’t great compared to similar stores that you can shop in near by.
Aside from the limiting return policy, their store hours were recently listed inaccurately on their website. When making the trip from RI to return some items, I found the store closed prior to 8pm which was listed on the website. According to the receipt, this was also the last day for returns. Aside from items possibly being “seasonal”, I was told by management, “that after discussion amongst both managers, we still must abide by the business owners policies.” The associate I spoke to the day after my attempt at return, mentioned receiving similar complaints about store hours being inaccurate.
This is unfair to do to your customers when the mistake was on behalf of business and/or management. Regardless if items are seasonal or not seasonal, customers should be allowed the amount of time listed on the receipt (Jan 8th) to return items for refund or credit. This doesn’t allow your customers to do so when your store hours are listed inaccurately. As a business, accountability should be taken for your mistake.
Due to this, I will not be a returning customer. I warn others to take in consideration their limited return policy and more importantly, the lack of accountability for their mistakes as a business. The Paper Store is nearby and carry the same and similar products plus their return policy is not as restrictive. Online shopping is also an option for items seen in Terrazza.

Wow this is quite the gift store!! Huge selection of interesting and beautiful items. Love the specialty gift shop style, wonderful and helpful staff with reasonable pricing. Looking forward to visiting when I have more time.

Just did all my Christmas shopping here. Such a cute store! Much bigger than it looks out front, spent about an hour looking at it all. Will definitely be back. Prices are much more reasonable than a lot of other gift stores.

Highest recommendations. Friendly knowledgeable staff is exquisite jewelry. Excellent prices. They have clothing decorations for your home. I walk in there for the jewelry and was surprised about their selection of other items. It's a gorgeous store

Beautiful store with beautiful unique yet overpriced product. Upon entry we were greeted but immediately after, 3 sales associates spent the entire time chit chatting loudly. Not one of them asked if I was looking for something special. I was in fact looking for some thing that my husband had bought me for Christmas and I wanted a second one of. It took me quite a while to find it. Snooty. Not a fan.

I used to shop at this beautiful store very often and have purchased many items over the years, however, I have not been back since trying to return an expensive item that broke. I was treated poorly and practically accused of causing the damage by mishandling the product!! They begrudgingly returned the product to the manufacturer and I received a new one but when my husband picked it up they again made a few comments insinuating I had mishandled the product. We have never returned and it's too bad because the store is beautiful but they need to work on their customer service skills which from old reviews I can see hasn't changed too much??

The store is over priced and many items can be purchased elsewhere. I found nothing unique. The store is overcrowded with merchandise, which makes it difficult to browse.

I can’t dispute that they have beautiful gifts in this shop, they do.
I went into the store quite a few times, pre Covid days, and was 100% ignored. Not even one Hello, or Can I help you, nothing, not even once. I refuse to go back and spend money there. If you’re not a regular, or a friend of the store, don’t expect friendly customer service.
