Great experience st Vision works in Franklin. Great staff very helpful. Laying out all of your benefits as well as options. No pressure at all Very thorough and extremely nice would definitely recommend.

Framingham vision works beware! I called because I got an email saying they canceled my appt for Sunday and rescheduled it to Monday. I explained it to 'Andrew' and he said they didn't send it. I said it says visionworks and canceled my Sunday and moved to Monday. I can't do Monday reason I did Sunday. He proceeds to tell me he has me on Sunday morning not Monday. I said ok I don't want to drive all the way and my appt is canceled. It specifically states you rescheduled me. I don't want to be charged for not showing on Sunday then. He had got really snippy with me and said we don't have control over that. It's a third party that sends that out and we don't have a solution for it. Ohhhh so now you're telling me this is an ongoing issue but couldn't have told me that up front so I wasn't nervous about them canceling? Solution is to get rid of that third party!! Four days later I'm at work and phone ringing 3:30 pm on Friday. It's visionworks. Same dude Andrew telling me if I don't get my insurance info to him by 5 they would cancel my appt. You kidding me? You give me 1.5 hours notice? I don't have that with me and our HR is off. Telling me when he looks it up it's inactivated. I said it is not inactive I just used it. Put it under my health plan then. States that's inactive. Says he will cancel my appt cause the third party they use isn't open on weekends. I said you need to call them it is active. He said no it's pulling on my screen I will cancel. I said well, I'll pay cash then and get reimbursed what's the cost?. Never had been given that option. He was so rude I finally asked his name and canceled my appt. Don't step foot in there if he still works there!! Rude rude rude and all was their fault. My insurances are active. He needs customer service skills or better training!!

I went in for a yearly contact exam. From check in to check out the staff made me feel like I was their most important appointment. The optometrist was very thorough and recommended a solution I hadn't thought of. She was super!They far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Visionworks in Franklin.

My wife and I absolutely love this Visionworks. The employees here are always very helpful and friendly. And Dr. Cohen is very thorough. The prices for glasses are very fair too. We couldn’t be much happier.

The provider was friendly and professional! Front desk was amazing and Courtney was super friendly and did a great job picking out the perfect glasses for me! Overall everyone was amazing! Everyone smiled and acknowledged me, unlike most places, would leave me standing for at least 5 minutes before acknowledging. I will definitely refer friends and family to this location ?

The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from the start (which in 2023 is kind of a lost art). I had a great experience with the Doctor and the glasses/contacts professional. I worked with Courtney who did an awesome job. Can't wait to see her when I pick up my new glasses! She made sure I didn't make a bad pick. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in the front desk, staff were welcoming and directed me to the wall of glasses while I waited since I was early. During the pre exam the gentleman was friendly and informative. The doctor made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. Finally during check out, Courtney was the sweetest and truly provided above and beyond customer service. She already had priced out my contact lens and helped me choose my glasses along with another staff person. Truly a team effort and I am so grateful that I chose this location for my eye exam.

Visionworks has always been my go to for all my eye care needs. All their staff is great but Lauren McDonough has always gone above and beyond for my family and I. for that I refuse to go elsewhere!

During my visit to Franklin from NYC, I faced an eye contact emergency and urgently needed extra daily contacts to sustain me for the rest of my trip. After contacting several eye doctors in the area without success, I finally reached out to Visionworks. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of speaking with Lauren, who not only understood my predicament but also went the extra mile to assist me in my desperate situation. Remarkably, she managed to locate my prescription and provided me with five days' worth of daily contacts, exceeding my initial request. I cannot express enough gratitude to Visionworks for their exceptional last-minute assistance!
