WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! CHIDI the Pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. There was a mistake made that allegedly couldn't have possibly been on there end. Pharmacist called me a liar and offered no solution whatsoever then said she was going to put me on hold and proceeded to hang up on me. Aren't you supposed to be a medical professional?! Certainly not in Franklin! Walgreens has lost 100% of my business.

I had an excellent experience with Walgreens Photo. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size for my photo Christmas cards. I ordered $80 worth of cards, and didn't think I'd be able to exchange them ?. Luckily, all of the staff were incredibly helpful and graciously exchanged my cards for larger ones (which happened to be the same price). The cards turned out great and I look forward to sending them out to family and friends. I'll be sure to return to Walgreens for all my photo needs.

I only go to this Walgreens because it is the only pharmacy because it's the only one within walking distance of where I live. Literally every sine time I have tried to order or pause a prescription through this store, SOMETHING has gone wrong. I've never been able to walk in and pick up my prescription and just leave, even when I call in a ahead to fill the script, or set up automatic refills. This past time ive tried to pick up my prescriptions, I was told that my insurance would not cover my medication because it had only been three weeks since I last refilled it (however, the lable on my bottle tells a different story- it had actually been six weeks). I said fine, let me get a week's worth of the medication that I pay out of pocket for. I'll come back next week. When I came back a little over a week later, I was informed that, actually, my prescription could not be filled because they need my doctor to refill the order. This is just theatest saga with this pharmacy, I'm beyond frustrated. There is always some sort of ordeal. If you're looking for a pharmacy to fill your scripts, go literally anywhere else.

Went to the drive up window to pick up an Rx. There were two cars ahead of me. After about 15 minutes, the car at the window had not moved. I gave up and went inside to get the Rx. I mentioned it to the pharmacy tech who told me that the person in the car at the window was waiting for the pharmacist to mix something. Not sure why the didn't ask the customer who had the long wait to move aside and come back later. This shows a lack of customer focus by the staff.

A "pharmacy" with no pharmacist, and the entire pharmacy is closed down

I think that it is a very very poor choice that they are closing this on Sundays. In this war against these bugs going around it is just not in my opinion a good choice nor is it showing that they care about their patients.

I agree with the other comments of Debbie. She is so miserable, looked directly at me and purposely started closing up the pharmacy instead of cashing me out, gave my boyfriend a nasty attitude, would not take my coupon or even listen to what I had to say. I have an enormous amount of patience for people who work with the general public so for me to speak up must mean someone most definitely deserves it. And its her.

Whoever the male manager is that was working at 345 on March 9th was the best ! And deserves a pat on the back. He helped me with my return quick and made me a happy customer when I was originally upset.

Debbie at the pharmacy needs serious education and customer service skills training.

I moved from CVS Pharmacy to Walgreen's and an so happy I did. Better pricing, better service. I like that they text me when I'm ready for a refill and provide the script very quickly. Very knowledgeable pharmacy staff for OTC issues. Front-end employees are always friendly and helpful. Pleasant change from CVS who I felt started taking my business for granted.

This place has gone downhill the pharmacy specifically it takes an hour or two hours to fill one prescription that is ridiculous. Most times as of late they give you a time and it’s still not ready when you arrive. They filled mine with the wrong dose and not even the correct version of the medication in November. Pretty dangerous thankfully my insurance picked up the error and wouldn’t cover it but I was the one who had to tell them why it wasn’t going through the insurance. I hate having to use them at times when I don’t have another option. Two hours for a prescription is a complete joke

I went here Christmas Day. My father passed away last Christmas, we wanted to do a balloon release. Trying to plan Christmas and even get through this day was gonna be hard enough. We forgot the balloons. I stopped at CVS first . I asked the girl if they could blow a few up for me. She told me we dont do that, I pointed to the huge hellium tank BEHIND her and she said oh yeah, I think it's broken though. At Walgreens the young man and the manager went out of there way to get it done. They didn't know what they were doing would have a huge meaning for my family, they were just kind and helpful and deserve to be recognized for it.

Something changed in the last 3 months in the pharmacy, it takes 30 minutes to even drop off a prescription, they make you wait very long to get it filled. And often after an hour they dont even realize they are out of the medicine. It is now the worst I have ever been, I reverted to driving an extra 25 minutes round trip to the next pharmacy more of a drive but saves overall waiting and aggravation
