From the moment I first welcomed Warren into my Franklin, MA condominium, I knew that I was in exceptionally good hands. Warren conducted a thoughtful and thorough walkthrough of my condominium unit, and provided me with his honest and invaluable feedback. Warren explained to me the steps involved in selling a home, and he did so in a way which was easy to understand and not at all overwhelming for this first-time home seller. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. From start to finish, Warren Reynolds was a fantastic listing agent. His marketing tools are unmatched - Amazing use of technology, photography, and audio visuals, which all worked very well to draw in potential buyers. We worked with Warren looking for our first home. He knew the housing market in Franklin and the surrounding towns really well. He walked through many houses with us, taught us what to look for when viewing a home, and pointed out details that we did not catch. He was above board, resourceful, and very responsive when we needed him. He also had a good network of real estate experts (loan officers, real estate attorneys, etc.) to refer us to. They were excellent to work with as well. It was our pleasure to with such knowledgeable and reliable people who made the buying process a lot less stressful.

Warren is the BEST real estate agent you would ever meet. He is downright honest, keep an open ear to your preferences, & never forces you a bit to look into the house that you are not considering.
We had few hiccups from our end but Warren never left our side and kept us on track.
