This guy desverse a zero star. Zero star care for his customers who pay good money for shitty product. Nothing fit properly, powder coat is awful, and all round poor poor craftmanship. He then ghosted us when we wanted a return to send it back. Havent heard a word from him since. Do yourself a favour and LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I am not a fan of making these posts and frankly, I didn’t think I’d I’ve ever have too. Just wanted to give some insight and maybe a word of warning regarding
“Mcnasty Customs” Raptor 700 sub frame. I will make this as short as possible and it’s more of a warning for anyone else that was considering this frame for their machines…
I placed the order at the end of October and it showed up in a relatively timely manner.
At a glance the weld quality was sub par at best with lack of penetration and undercut on multiple spots. At this point it was not the end of the world for me.
Secondly the coating they use was starting to flake off almost immediately… still not the end of the world as I was going to get it powder coated again.
The fitment… ahhh yes the fitment… well it was the cherry on top as you can probably imagine it didn’t fit… the sub frame was so tight to the frame that it required two people to try and fit it over the mounting holes and once in place the holes didn’t line up well. I ended up having to retap the frame holes twice due to misalignment of their mounts causing the bolts to cross thread. Upon investigation I could see that the frame was not square and short of die grinding out the holes it wouldn’t work.
I messaged Mcnasty Customs and at this point and was optimistic I could return it as he apologized and said he would make it right. I have been given the run around in regards to this and I’m now stuck with it and out a bunch of money. He did tell me to return it to him, to which I explained I needed a return label from him and he stated he didn’t know how to do that. Usually this would be no issue but being we have the tariffs between Canada/US I explained I can’t just send it back without me incurring expensive costs. Ever since it has been radio silence and I am extremely disheartened, it takes a lot for me to share these posts but I am hoping this saves someone some headaches in the future.
For anyone curious as to the integrity of my frame, I was able to take a new OEM subframe and bolt it right up. I figure I would add that as it will be a valid question.

They never answer the phone. They sente a tracking number and it doesn't work. I ordered my kit a week ago and still haven't received it and can't track it. Horrible company. I'm gonna try and get my money back.

Bought some inner fender guards and discovered wrong item for SXS talked to McMasty and returned them and 2.5 months never refunded my money had to file with pal pal and my credit card and he is horrible about answering phone

Steering bracket holes are drilled the wrong size. Comes with bolts that are too small to mount the center portion and bolts that are too small to mount the steering column. It allows about a inch of wiggle without tightening. Dash cluster holes in the wrong spot had to re-drill all of them, not to mention.. the provided self tapping drill screws are NOT meant for 3/16 steel, it does not work, especially after all the holes are work hardened after they were beveled (Thank you for doing that) Stencil was only 3/4th printed so I had to assume where to cut. Good thing is, the vent ducting it decent, just requires the whole thing to be taped, but that is included. It also is not welded, it comes hot glued.

Called to get info on ship time, the guy I talked to on phone is as good as they get. Took 2 days to receive and I don’t think they could fit any better. Everything lines up perfect and the color matches perfect. Super impressed and will continue ordering from Mcnasty customs! Great job
