“Small Intimate post office in Mass I stoped by to mail some bills. Noticed someone's buddy being flown to final destination , can you believe that stuff? Friendly staff and plenty of windows open. Plenty CV19 guidelines implemented for safety so you defiantly were not catching the virus.... As for the remains well, I hope he /she didn't get lost in America.”

“I visited this Post Office on the 19th of December, it was a total mad house but the staff were professional, helpful, and got us all in and out pretty quickly. Great Job guys.”

“Rob, Warren, and a female employee whose name I didn't catch were extremely helpful and nice when I needed some information about my package. I really appreciate them making the effort to help me!I took 1 star off because of the supervisor, who I had spoken to on the phone. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. She was extremely rude and flat out lied so she wouldn't have to help me. I knew she was providing false information but had no way to prove it (until I went in-store and the employees helped me do exactly what I had asked her).”

“I needed to send a letter by certified mail. I went there and had to fill out the address and write a check. There was no pen so make sure you bring your own. The 2 writing tops are very small. There was a man behind the counter. He was pleasant and helpful in explaining how it all worked. Okay, the place is small and looks old but this is a micro office.”

“I've always had great experiences at this location, and I ship packages 3-4 times per week. Steve goes above and beyond and is always friendly. Ron also always has a smile. No complaints here....”

“The staff at this post office are kind. Unlike Dartmouth on Faunce Corner lol. I do wish they had a direct line like other reviewers. It's ridiculous that USPS only puts a general number when our questions are obviously quick and for the local office, i.e. checking that the package is actually there for pickup.”

The personal is very nice and has offered me advice on better approaches to send a package. Also, it has a good supply of envelopes, gift cards, greetings cards and other materials. It’s convenient in the center of town and I have found it easy to find parking without a problem.”

“I’ve never had a problem going here. I go here every month to get money orders for rent and they are nice and courteous! I accidentally left my wallet there one day had to run back and it was after hours and they let me in and gave me my wallet. Very nice customer service!”

“After my horrendous experience at the New Bedford USPS--which left me vowing never to step foot in that branch again (which I've held to this day)--I started going (almost exclusively) to this Faunce Corner location. I actually went there to mail the catalogue that the NB branch refused to mail. That was years ago, but I do remember that the woman I interacted with was very kind, and I remember not just *thinking* there was a huge difference in attitude and service, but also *feeling* there was. I did get that package mailed, and it did cost more than the quote, but being met with an apologetic, empathetic, and understanding representative MADE A MEANINGFUL DIFFERENCE!Over the years, I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. I've always found the tellers to be friendly and professional. I also like that, because of the footprint/layout of this branch, it feels less claustrophobic when there is a line (vs. NB branch). When I'm in the area, this is my branch of choice and would recommend it without reservation!!”

“No problems when you go in with patience. Everything is taking care of STAFF is kind and great on giving help on shipping services the USPS provides. Pleasurable experience. Thank You!”

“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”

“Best Post Office around. I will go out of my way to come here. The people are friendly, the guy at the desk has saved me money on a few occasions. Compared to other post offices around, the parking is way better. I only come here.”
