I have never seen a worse unloading, especially the man in glasses who hands over the documents, so important, as if he were not people, offended by the whole world, I think there is no place for such people in such a job with people, they gave him a little power, he was seriously offended as a child, so now he takes it out on the drivers, in general, an inhuman attitude towards drivers, I do not recommend this place!! I put one star because it can't be lower

1 Star because early check in and overnight parking..
Beware of lumper service trying to scam you out of money.. I paid the lumper bill and after about 20 minutes the guy said it wasn’t paid and I need to pay it again.. I even showed him the receipt on my phone from relay.. he kept insisting it didn’t go through on his end… it wasn’t until a supervisor( I’m assuming) got involved that the guy actually let up..

Came in with 5 pallets 30 minutes before appointment, 5 hours later still waiting for paperwork

Got there a little early and got right in and unloaded very quickly, then i waited 7 hours to get the paperwork and it looked like that was the standered with everyone. the lumper people were very rude.dont be in a hurry when coming here because you will wait on paperwork.

I literally don't recommend this place, the only good thing about it is that there is parking to rest but to unload it is rubbish. It's my second time and for the life of me I won't come back here again.

if i could give -10 to this place i would. At perishable office. the old guy at receiving on night shift is very rude for no reason. if you hate your job then just quit. why you hating on drivers.

I have to update my review
I gave them 4 stars, but this time, I noticed something new.
Yard drivers drive ridiculous fast!
Like 25-30 miles per hour between trucks and their drivers
One of your yard drivers almost hit one guy right in front of me
And your yard jokey was on his phone!!!
If you guys don't know how to safely drive inside of big dc, why do you do this job ?????
Other than that, all good
Was unloaded in a timely manner

If I could I would give 0 stars, we have completed 2 deliveries and appointment was schedule for 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM, it is currently 9:30 AM and we have not been unloaded. Shipping office provides unclear instructions, we had to cancel next load we were picking up

Had a 2:30 am appointment was here a 1:45. Sat in staging area till 3:30 when put in door. Unloaded 6:30. It is now 11:30am and still waiting on bills. Missed my last stops appointment. The reviews are on point about this place. Never again

My appointment was at 5 am I arrived at 3 am at 4 am they had already gone down and I left at 9 am why I stayed there to sleep

Wish there were negative stars that I can give. I got here on 1/7/25 at 7:10 for a 11pm appointment. They don't open that unloading department until 8:30 pm. Thats cool, 8:35 I check in 3 minutes later I get a door. Finished unloading ON 1/8/25 at 12:20 AM. And did not get my paperwork until 12:42 PM!!! THIS PLACE IS BULLSHIT AND NOT OWNER OPERATOR FRIENDLY.

No surprise on the lumper service here. If they spent as much time doing their job as they do sitting around watching stuff on their phones, drivers wouldn’t be waiting so long. Stood in window almost 5 minutes before i was noticed while the person at dest was watching some show on her phone. They forgot to send me the notice to pay my lumper. Good to see what these overpriced lumper fees are going towards
