First and foremost if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! After having gone several years without a cut or color I finally decided to take the plunge. I was initially recommended to Anchor salon by a friend. When I reached out the owner Nikki was extremely helpful and professional, and always gave a prompt response. She took the time to find out what services I was looking for and then proceeded to pair me with who she felt would be able to accomplish what I was looking to have done. I was booked with Emily Robichaud and prior to my appointment she sent me a message to confirm this message included the services she would be providing she also was kind enough to give me an idea of the cost of the services so I would be prepared. When I arrived at the salon I noticed how clean and well kept it was. Emily immediately greeted me and was very warm and welcoming. She immediately got me in her chair. Even though she has spoken with Nikki about what I wanted done she took the time to go over it with me as well as getting my thoughts/opinion on some colors she had in mind. I felt was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. Emily was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable almost like catching up with a friend. She also recommended products I could use for to maintain the color in my hair as long as possible. She definitely made me feel special and I will without hesitation return. I highly recommend Emily Robichaud as well as the Anchor Salon in general. Thank you for the glow up…pictures do it no justice <3

Emily was so fantastic. My partner is super nervous about getting their hair done and Emily was kind and walked him through the whole process. I know it seems like a hair cut is nothing to be anxious about but he is autistic with sensory issues so this was a big deal for us!

Joslyn is the only girl I trust with my eyebrows! I’ve been coming to her since April 2024 and she knows exactly what I like. I will definitely be venturing out to the other services she offers this year, but she is my go-to eyebrow genius. Highly recommend!

Nikki has been doing my hair for almost 20 years. Every single time my hair comes out amazing. We've done just about everything over the years, long, short, blond, brown, even purple. Cannot recommend her enough!!

I highly recommend anchor salon for anyone looking for top notch service, whether it be nails, a facial, or a new hairstyle! I’ve been getting manicures, and pedicures with Hannah since 2020, she uses high quality products, and precision to make sure you walk out happy every time! I leave feeling pampered every visit! I most recently got my eyebrows done with Joslyn, who I also highly recommend. Her space is cozy, she took the time to make sure I was happy and comfortable during the entire service. Great salon!

Nikki has been doing my hair for roughly four years and the only regret I have is not going to her sooner! I am confident that my hair is in good hands when she’s the one doing it.

The upgrades the salon has had is incredible! Nikki has truly leveled up! She has increased her skills and kept her class act, all while staying humble and making her clients feel like they are a million bucks.

First of all I have been coming to Anchor Salon for so many years I thought I found my place. I love Nikki and her haircuts in my eyes she is the best. But she became involved with the Slice Squad and then she told me she no longer can service me and take care of my haircuts she is too busy doing colors. Honestly I suppose I am naive I thought we were friends she has been my hairdresser for many years so I was shocked. And now I found out no else is willing to take of my haircuts either...WOW what a way to treat a long term customer. I was the one willing to take a later appointment when her dog needed an operation anytime she needed to move me I was willing. I found out that Nikki has no care about her clients all she simply cares about is money. So I truly hope she makes ton of money and it brings her much happiness in life. I know there is a salon out there for me. Perhaps all this affects me more than others but I suffer from panic attacks so its hard especially when you have had the same hairdresser for many years and you found out what she really truly is made of so sad....please customers dont ever feel like your a special friend of Nikki's the minute she has the opportunity she will say she is too full.

Hi Dee,I hope you see this message about the Anchor Salon. What happened to you should never have happened. It sounds like to me its an act of discrimination on part of the Salon and it's Nikki. If an entire salon cant fit in one haircut something is drastically wrong. And I hope you hire a lawyer sometimes that is only way people will change. I do have a friend that goes to the salon and I told her about this she was shocked and is pulling out. Hope others do too...Service: Haircut
