everytime a customer walks in these guys are always asking questions, super friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. they have so many cool phones to look at and try out i mean every at&t does but very clean setting and outstanding service. these guys are always willing to help with phone issues or even just chat it up, this store rocks keep up the good work!

They were helpful with what we wanted but did end up adding the insurance to our plan that we said we didn’t want. We had to check our bill and get it removed from AT&T directly. Which ended up being a hassle because you have to pay the first bill and they ‘reimburse you’ the following month. Be wary of that if you need every penny of your paycheck for current expenses.

Marc was very helpful in assisting us with a switch over from Verizon to AT&T. He made us feel confident in our decision to do so. He explained everything very well, and I’m happy with the customer service we received.

Never go here EVER. If you're having phone issues, specifically Samsung, new Samsungs doesnt work with Esim alone, -check Samsungs website for yourself- , they'll tell you the phone is broken and "they've been getting tons of this exact issue" or to buy a new phone or call insurance to issue a phone for 200$ . DONT LISTEN TO THEM, DONT CALL INSURANCE. call att and speak to a service representative, the in store guys screwed it up and tried to add a new number with the esim, forcing a need for a factory reset -you'll loose everything on your phone- . They did it to me, when it should've been an quick swap to a new sim but the first rep screwed me when i paid off my phone. ATT phone reps are awesome tho and very insightful vs "it's broken dude, just buy a new one". Hope this saves ya'll some money

I would not expect to hear from a manager "well I don't know what to tell you."Customer service 101 would cover that.They are not actually AT&T stores they are affiliates so they are somewhat useless beyond a sale.

We added a line for our son a month ago, and were told that (other than activation fees), there would be no additional monthly cost, other than that of the device. We later found out that he was added as an upgraded plan, an additional $70/month. We went in to hopefully get it straightened out, but were told that they can't help at the store and we needed to call. It was the same tech, and although he admitted that it was a different plan than what we had discussed, there was no recognition that anything was wrong.It was also understaffed, we watched other customers waiting walk out, and weren't acknowledged for about 15 minutes.
